Staff was rude and said they don't replace from phone drops, but if they opened phone they could tell if it was dropped or not. Hmmm, so I should believe them to tell me if the phone was or wasn't dropped? As it's an older phone (four years), I can guarantee it has been dropped a few times, so looks like an easy out for them to not cover warranty. They are either really bad at repairs or offer cheap replacement products to customers. Go to a more reputable place, like Computer Cave. They are honest and offer quality repair and products. Staff at this Fruit Fixed Store couldn't even tell me how much the part the cost or even acknowledge that glass can crack from cheap quality or improper repair.
