These guys are life savers. I have a whirlpool French Door Refrigerator that was not cooling in the refrigerator section. I've had multiple repairmen come to check it out and they didn't know what was the issue. I had one company who wouldn't come check it out because it was too new (I bought it 6 years ago). Expert appliance sent Bill to my home and he spotted the issue immediately. We ordered the new parts that needed replacement and now it's working like new. They will be my go to for all my appliance repair needs. I mainly communicated through text which is a convenience since I'm always away from my phone. I needed to repair my built-in microwave (over the stove) after it had no power going to it. The contracted appliance repair company from my home warranty was booked out for a good 2 and 1/2 weeks and the next contractor they they gave me didn't even answer the phone, nor could I leave a message. After calling a few others and not hearing from them or not servicing the Big Bear area, Allyn from Expert Appliance called me back and was able to schedule a technician to come out much sooner than the original company my home warranty referred me to. The technician came early in the morning and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes or less. He came before 7am (but no one was home so it was ok) to beat the snow that was expected to arrive. He had to reset the internal thermostat because someone was cooking on high heat for an extended period of time and running the microwave at the same time. The thermostat shuts off to prevent overheating (had this recent issue with my heater as well). Since they aren't local, they come to Big Bear twice a week and usually in the morning hours. They were totally worth it since the local appliance repair companies in Big Bear were either too busy or did not have really great reviews. My fear is that a vendor can take advantage of my situation and overcharge or recommend repairs that are not needed just to make more money because it's my vacation home. Expert Appliance was honest and very reasonable. I hope this issue doesn't happen again know who I'm calling if this problem ever happens again! read more

I was in a bind with my dryer not working, and the local guys on the mountain at Big Bear Lake were telling me they were about 3 weeks out. Not to mention those guys came to repair the same problem a few months back, and didn't take any responsibility for it continuing to be an issue for me. I found Bill with Expert Appliance Service a little bit out of the area, but he said he would be up in the area the following day anyway. Turns out he's going to make a regular route out of Big Bear, which will be huge for his business as there's a massive demand for guys like him. Anyway, Bill is a rockstar, and I'm so glad I found him. He's super reliable, came through when he said he would. We filed a claim with our warranty company when our dishwasher went out. Expert Appliance called very shortly after to schedule our appointment. The lady was so nice and professional. The guy that came out to the house was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. He cleaned our blade so we could still use the dishwasher while we were waiting for a new one to come in. The new blade was in within a few days and he was here to install it. I have to give a rave review for the best home appliance repair service I have ever experienced or even heard about, Expert Appliance Service. Bill has fixed both our washing machine and then this morning, following a long holiday weekend, our refrigerator. He charged only the flat service call fee. I would not have known the difference if he had told me these vital machines needed expensive parts, nor would I have minded if he had added on additional fees for his time and labor. But both times, he discovered a minor oversight in the factory assembly and fixed everything up better than new. I went all holiday weekend with no refrigerator, so you can imagine how grateful and surprised I was that Bill's schedule was re-arranged with other customers so our problem could be solved immediately.
