Got my oil changed in my 2010 Infiniti M35x on Saturday 10/25/2014 - Monday, 10/27/2014 - my car…read morestopped running while driving - all the oil had drained out of the engine. I was forced to call roadside assistance and have my car towed to the local Infiniti dealer. At the dealership, they clearly identified the culprit - the plug for the oil pan had not been tightened, fell out into the shield below, and all the oil had drained out of the car. So far, the dealer tells me there is no damage to my engine - we will see about that. I just got it back this evening. I was shocked to read the reviews for this location after the fact. I was (emphasizing **WAS**) a loyal customer for 18 years of this Jiffy Lube location. I will NEVER return. The other reviews of this location on this site and the BBB's rating of this location are atrocious (F rating due to customer complaints). Something changed recently, because it never was this way before. I started to notice a strange change to the service, and now that I'm reading these reviews, my senses noticed that this started happening around the start of the other complaints - not sure why? Maybe a new owner or management change, but I have definitely experienced the claims of the other reviewers - where check out managers push services on me that are not needed, only to back down on their forceful sales tactics when they realize that I'm not buying their story. The newest one - your car 'definitely' needs synthetic oil. Really? Let's pull out the manual and see what they recommend... nope, no synthetic. Thanks. Coolant flush? Transmission flush? No and no. Stay away from this location, and perhaps others as well. P.S. - strange anomaly here - the 2 favorable reviews on this Jiffy Lube location in Marlboro MA, come from two people who live in California - relatives/friends of the owner? Strange indeed.

I have had good and bad experiences here over the past couple years but the bad ones are finally…read moreoutweighing the good..... The managers at this location seem to change to frequently and depending on the manager or even the supervisor that is on shift at the time your service can be dramatically altered. They have never accepted the yelp coupons that you get from checking in - they always have some sort of excuse on why they can't accept them and put in a different coupon that doesn't save you the same amount of money. The last time I came in here - I wasn't planning to but I was overdue for an oil change and going on a long distance trip the next day. They took me in right away and I said I just wanted the plain regular oil change. When it was all said and done the guy came out and said the price - which was the price for special oil - no the one I asked for... I got this whole speech from him and after arguing for 20 minutes I gave up told him I would never be back and left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I think for newer cars just take the time and go to the dealer... the price is almost better than jiffy lube!

Not even gonna bother going in. Should probably have someone that will bring business in vs pushing business away based on other reviews I see as well.

Trying to keep this brief but want to give details of how to earn a 1 star review:…read more [TL;DR: It took them 4 days and charged me $50 to put on a spare tire. They told me I needed a new tire ($400+); Bernardi Toyota fixed it for $45.] I got a flat and had my car towed here - I've used chains before like Firestone and have had good experiences and this was convenient given the circumstances. I waited at reception for 10 mins before finally walking to the service bay and asking the techs if I could have some help. They said the service manager was away from the desk (lol ok). Someone ultimately showed up and I checked in my flat tire. They told me service was done for the day as the guys already cleaned up even though it was 4pm and they close at 6pm (lol wut). They told me they'd take it in first thing in the morning and would call me by 11am - cool, appreciate that. It was NYE and they'd be closed Sun & Mon so I wanted to at least know what to expect. Well, I never got a call so I called them 4 times between 11:30 and 2:30 and left 2 VM before jumping in my wife's car and driving there myself. Well I find my car sitting unmoved, with the flat, and no one at the service desk (LOL OBVIOUSLY). When they finally called me on TUESDAY they told me the tire was blown, they couldn't patch it, and I needed a new tire that would be $400+. I was so angry at this point - I just wanted to take it to my dealership at this point. I had them to just put on the spare which they charged me $50 for. I went to Toyota and I was expecting them to tell me I needed a new tire, too. I was prepared for that I just didn't trust Meineke at this point to be honest. So you can imagine how relieved/furious I was when they patched the flat tire for $45.00. I don't know if there's a lesson in there - and if there is, I don't know if it's for me or for them. Go ahead - you go there and if they treat you the same then we'll know.
