Thomas is great, he has stopped what he's doing to come check out what I'm describing, last time he even took it for a drive to see if he could give me an idea of what to expect. They're always busy but try their best to get to your vehicle as soon as they can, they're honest, the last two times, ( 2 different problems) my vehicle has been ready sooner than expected, and they were able to repair it for less than I was expecting. VERY RUDE PEOPLE... The owner, Thomas, and the woman masking herself a front desk help. Not sure that they even know or understand the concept of customer service. I took my vehicle in because it was not running. I was thinking that it was a transmission issue and told them this. After 4 days I called for a status on my car and the front desk lady started in on me saying that there are 4 other cars in front of me and that she would call me when they have a chance to look at it. I was beside myself at how rude she was yet again. How the hell am I suppose to know how many cars they are working on, I mean REALLY... My car set there for 10 days before they even looked at it. They flushed the transmission. And told me to pick it up I asked is there any thing else you need to check prior to me picking it up. And Thomas told me "we don't fix anything unless you tell us what to fix, we don't go looking for issues" I'm like WTF... 5 days later and $500 blown in the wind my car stopped running again. He just but a Band-Aid on it. I had it hooked up to a car diagnostic scanner and it threw out 10 major codes... (Pressure control solenoid, control solenoid, torque converter, clutch pressure control solenoid, just to name a few) Guess what all leading to the damn transmission. I'm not a mechanic but even I know that you you can hook these vehicles up to diagnostic scanners and find out what the hell is going on. I would not recommend them to fix a toy wagon!!! read more

Very very rude went in for alignment told me it couldn't be done and STILL charged me for the alignment. Would not give me my keys back until i payed. Extremely rude the whole time. once I payed, for them doing nothing to vehicle, the mechanic threw the keys at me!!! read more

This is the business that deserves far more than 5 stars. I took my corvette into this business after being "ripped off" from another reputable auto business in this area. This business has superb customer service, their honesty is genuine, and the work is perfect. I am a widow who wanted to restore a corvette that my deceased husband gave me years ago. The cost amount for the tremendous work they did is so low that I informed Jeff, Service Manager, I can now complete the restoration on this car. The value of this car from my deceased husband is far more than any other auto could be. It was in the hands of angels when I took it to Myers Automotive. I needed an oil change for a Range Rover and it is not easy to find places that want to do those. I emailed Myers and they got back to me quickly with an appointment day and time. I showed up and the paperwork was ready and waiting for me on the counter. They made me feel so comfortable and Mr Myers Sr even gave me a ride! I enjoyed visiting with him and hearing about how his son got the business going and how much they do for the community. They completed the oil change in a few hours and it was half of what I had paid to get it done at the dealership. Support this local business! read more

I have used Myers for my Car repairs since they had the shop close to the Square. I trust them with my vehicles and have never had any issues with them at all. Until Today, I called up there and the girl that answers the phone was absolutely the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to speak with at a Business in a long time. They REALLY need to rethink who ever that Person is. If I was not such a long time customer I would have told them to go and stuff it today. She literally wanted to argue with every single thing that I said and when I would try to speak she kept cutting me off with the most snarky condescending attitude. I'm not sure what her issue is but they need to keep her away from the phones and dealing with customers until she get's things sorted out! So, if you can get past Secretary Ratchet they really are a great company that have always been good to me and more than fair and honest. It's a shame that the person answering the phone is such a terrible reflection on this Business. read more

I was ripped off for $428 for a failed dash AC repair to my motorhome that lasted less than 6 hours. Owner was very rude, would not deal with my insurance, told me during the repair not to call him that he would call me. Never discussed the repair.
