The installation went well and is so clean that it looks factory. While my truck was there I had them check out and clean up my amps installation done by another shop. Audio Depot does fantastic work at a very reasonable price. They have also done my window tint and a front speaker upgrade as well, I highly recommend Audio depot as your first stop shop for sound and sun car care. I have been in there several time and JooJoo, John, Javier and the installers are all very knowable and professional.

guy doesn't know sh*t clearly. bought some powerbass tesla model 3 door woofers and they blew after…read more45 mins. returned them and he charged a $30 restocking fee . found a different brand called vibe audio that were $200 more and was asking him what he thought about those bc I had tried 3 different brands and none of them worked on the stock amp. told him how the RMS wattage rating was more than double of the powerbass and he said it wouldn't matter they would still blow. well it's been over a week with these vibe audio speakers and they are working perfect. guy also declined to work on a tesla. this place is just about as good as car toys I highly recommend bonny and clyde over in dallas. not this mediocre a** place in reply to the owners response: why did I get the shipping fee removed from the refund when I drove all the way to your shop an hour away? I live in mckinney. whole reason I drove there is to avoid the shipping fee. and I guarantee you I will not "cook" these speakers. the powberbass were clipping immediately within the first 30 seconds of playing them. haven't heard clipping one single time with these. just admit you're a rookie, it's okay ALSO, the main reason i'm leaving this review is bc I didn't like your sh*t attitude. you attended to 2 customers that came in after me before you wanted to continue our conversation we were having before they walked in. you didn't even say one second i'll be with you after them. you just ignored me. anyways. good luck with your mediocre audio shop.

Yes they have a warranty to fix the tint but I'm not going to keep taking cars back in fixing the bad tint job. Don't waste your money buying a Groupon. On May 21, 2025, I purchased the supreme tint for my entire vehicle, and they did a great job…read more After the Technician (Michael) had completed the job, I noticed that he had scratched and cut the front left panel of my vehicle with the same sharp instrument that he used to cut the tint material. I was extremely upset, due to only having the BMW X3 for 21 days. He stated, he did not scratch or cut my vehicle, but the damage was not on my car before he pulled it into their garage area. The owner (Vanessa Chiu) and Technician (Michael) sent me a text message that same day explaining they had asked to review the security footage and to find the best way to help with the scratches and cut. I met the owner (Vanessa Chiu) the next day at Mitsubishi body shop to see if their technician could add compound and get the scratches and the cut out, but he stated that they were too deep, and my BMW X3 needed to be completely repainted in that area. The owner (Vanessa Chiu) did not want to fix my vehicle to its original condition. Therefore, I had to involve the BBB (Better Business Bureau) by filing a complaint against them, as well as contacting their corporate office. After the complaint was filed, I received a text from the owner the same day asking me for my VIN# so that they could find a reputable place to have my BMW X3 fixed and repainted. It is so unfortunate that I had to go through all of this to get them to fix a mistake that they made. I was so disappointed because we all make mistakes, but honesty and transparency are cornerstones of trust. Good Afternoon,…read more THIS IS A MUST READ. I would like to inform the public that I was very dissatisfied with this company, it's service, and the way they conduct business. In our initial conversations, I asked the owner about the quality of the windshield, and in addition how payment is expected regarding payment for the service. In addition, I asked him about the payment processm and if he had a " tap to pay" process and He " J" said "Yes". I had taken off work to get my windshield replaced, because the car could not pass inspection without my windshield being fixed due to visibility issues. They were 3 HOURS late in their arrival. They were not proactive in stating that they were going to be late. I had to initiate any communication regarding their lateness. I told him that they should give me a discount for being late. He agreed, but "of course" in the end he did not "follow up" with the discount agreement. They "finally" arrived, and completed the service. This next part is very important... The owner, J, SAID he would send a link to my phone for payment. He NEVER sent the link, BUT WHAT HE DID DO was send 2 police officers to my house the SAME DAY to collect payment. When the TWO police officers arrived, and I answered the door, they asked me to identify my vehicle. I identified my vehicle. J, the owner, was standing a few feet away as if HE was SCARED or something. One of the police officers asked him to send the link AGAIN to my phone while he was standing there. Supposedly, J, the owner sent the link and AGAIN, the link NEVER came. Mind you, the police officer witnessed ALL OF THIS, and saw that the link was NEVER sent to my phone to make payment. At that point, the police officers asked for my email address. In spite of my hesitance, I did. The officer asked the owner to send the link to my email address in which he did. The link "finally" came to my email address, and the payment was made right then and there. Ultimately, "True" companies CAN OBTAIN payment, without getting the police involved, and trying to SET THINGS UP to cause harm to their customers. Also, there are multiple ways to send a link, and this should have been done in the ONSET of conducting business. This process should not be the "task" of the customer. Also, as you can see in the other threads "being late" a pervasive problem with this company because they "overbook" service. Please be aware that there are other companies who will provide you with the same service with a decent price, and utilize their payment service in a "user-friendly" way. It seems as though, they are "looking" to cause a problem with the customers. I would advise people to not use this company. My mistake was "taking a chance" on this one.
