My 08 FJ Cruiser stock speakers went out (surprised they lasted this long) and the staff there took care of everything from start to finish. They had the speakers, adapters, and tools in store and whatever they didn't have on site they would get and bring back within 15 minutes. 10 Stars if I could. These guys are awesome! I needed an all around tint on my car, so I sent a message out to several places on Yelp. These guys were very quick to respond, and gave me all the info I needed. I asked if they could take my car in same day, and they had no problem. Also they came in $50 less then the other guys prices! They quoted me about 2 hours, and since it's my only car I figured I'd grab lunch and hangout a bit. Sure enough only took 2 hours and came out great! No complaints I will definitely be referring friends and family to these guys. Long story short they wanted me to pay 450 for a new amp when there was nothing wrong with my amp. I know it's hard time and we all need to make money but don't think everyone is stupid. First, my car is lowered and they drove it over very tall bumps like it's nothing. Then, after they tried to sell me a new amp and I declined the work they brought my car back with the subwoofer box literally loose in the trunk. Stood there for 1.5 hours, paid 50$ for getting my trunk fully tore apart and nothing has been done. After calling them and telling them that Reputable shop on Lemmon ave was able to simply connect my old amp and everything worked, they decided not to refund my money. I was told that it wasn't in their intentions to make me pay unnecessary $450. I don't recommend them based on my personal experience. There are better places to get your car audio done. read more

I have no idea how this place has such a high rating, they're amateurs at best. I took my car after talking to someone over the phone who said they should be able to change the old auxiliary for a new one. Once there, I spoke with someone yet again and explained to them what I needed and they said they could do it within 4 hours. I also realized they did window tinting so I asked if they could remove the back tint and they said it was no problem, they'd do it for $50. After 5 hours they called to tell me they couldn't do anything about the auxiliary and that I needed to take it to the dealership -which I guess took them 5 hours to figure out?- but that they had removed the tint just fine. Once I got there, after losing most of a day of work for nothing, since I need my car for work, they took forever to give me back my keys and the guy at the cashier acted clueless about everything. You'd think it would stop there, but no, once I got in my car, it stank of ammonia and the back window where they removed the tint had some liquid smeared all over I could barely see what was behind me, and there were tiny pieces of broken tint all over the back seats and footprints all over the seats and back of the front seats. I was already late to get my work day started and on top of that I had to take my car to be washed and after it was cleaned I realized now the leather seats have bleached spots on it because covering up the seats properly when working with harsh chemicals, and removing your dirty a** shoes before removing a window tint for $50 is too much to ask at this business. So thanks a lot! And now that I logged onto yelp I see they offer tinting of 4 windows for $80 but they charged $50 to just remove one tint? These lazy jerks are nothing but scammers. Steer clear of this place. read more

I was looking around for a place to get my tint done & I came across Empire on Yelp. Let me start off with, the entire staff is extremely friendly & knowledgable! I got my Jeep tinted this morning & utilized their amazing $80 promotion when you check in on Yelp for an all around tint. I came in at 10:00AM when they open and it was pretty busy, but I was immediately helped. While I was waiting, I overheard several convos with the staff & customers & I immediately was very impressed by their amazing customer service & knowledge on different customer's needs. They were constantly checking on me while I waited & provided me the option to watch a movie. (It's the little details & extra mile they went that I appreciated). I've gone through the tinting process with my previous car & paid almost double but I didn't get nearly the amount of customer service as I did at Empire. Not to mention, my Jeep looks great! A friend brought me here for a new stereo setup. Mark and his team assembled me a setup that I was very pleased with at a good price. It consisted of all new interior speakers, head unit, a box, 1 sub, and 2 amps to run it all. A couple of months later I decided I wanted to increase the bass and came back for a new box, two new subs, and a new amp. Again, a good price and friendly service. I did however have an issue with a ground wire working loose but when I came by to tell them about it, they seemed shocked and told me they could look at it and two hours later it was good to go with no extra charge. Way overpriced they use old model equipments but sell it as a late model if you sit down and ask for prices and search il go much it really cost it's like 3 times the price. I was trying to get a viper installed he would charge me 600 because it's a diesel truck and I got a new viper top of the line viper installed with remote start for 249.99 and each sensor he was charging me 99 for each when they cost 10 each and I installed that myself since it was a plug and play type of deal. I was also trying to buy a radar detector that cost 150 he was charging me 450 because of labor when All you have to do is plug it in and attach in windshield my baby sister could do that by herself it's a no brainier. Do some research while you in there and you will see what I'm talking about. This Mark guy really does rip people off!! read more
