well, I used to get good service here years ago. Now after 20+ years of loyal to this company, they me off every single time and give me the maximum on everything. Just recently, I was lied by the owner of all people said that he have any installation guys for a whole week. Yet the owner is gonna keep the doors open and tell me of all people that's also called the "boat" which stands for bust out another thousand. But because I'm disabled now and I can't spend $1000 every single visitor I do spend thousands of every single year just last year alone within one week I spent over $2000 on just two subwoofers lol but to him putting me off for over a week saying that all of his install guys won't be there but yet I go in there to see for myself and what do you know? Everything is rocking and rolling in there and they got installing stuff left and right so there's absolutely no reason for this owner of this company to treat me like this when I've been nothing but loyal spend tens of thousands of dollars with this company the he's got the amount of volume of customers that he's been getting ever since he's known me the roof. He has no idea how much business I bring him and can also take with me and because of this lie that I cannot get over, which is so ridiculous and disrespectful and unnecessary for him to do this to me of all people not saying I'm better than anyone, but you know how it is if you're a customer and you spend thousands of dollars and you only go to that one place you expect to be treated a certain type of way like with some respect at least not getting lied to for no reason. And then getting up charged when I for the same product I overheard customer ask for they gave him a price that was about than me guy has only known about a week or less lol this is shocking to me that it's taking me this long to say something. This has been going on now for probably almost 2 years. He's been pushing me off up charging me and it's like he is making the install guys not do good work on my car or something hiring bad install people I don't but I have done nothing wrong with this dude except help him his but I'm not gonna tell him everyone I know that's gonna come there and buy and spend a lot of money. He just knows I'm very well connected in the and and Mechanic that I'm sure and I actually hope not just expect but I hope he makes this right but at this I don't know because the out the window as of me finding that out for which is very disappointing. The owner of all people if y'all have forgotten, but there's a lot of other little things that has added to the motivation to me actually doing what I'm doing, which is speaking out about this not only on here but to the BBB association. oh also the well just say those for example examples to start but since he's gonna push me off and treat me like I'm disrespect me the way he's been doing for almost 2 maybe and lying to me for no reason taking advantage and then a bunch more than I'm not gonna get there might be a possibility he'll make this up but if he doesn't then fine too but just know I made the ROI on his company probably go up 30+ percent or higher. that's a good amount for one person to be able to bring and also advise in multiple way to go with other companies im in talks with as I write this. most of this is talk to texts so probably alot of typos. just put two and two together I cant drive and hold my phone lol so yeah this actually sucks I'm being pushed to do this and much much more on the word of mouth, people I don't know I would recommend and then the car scene I'm in (multiple) the people I know and companies I'm sponsed by. this is personally upsetting I'm having to tell everyone how they treat 20 plus year customers that have been getting treated like crap for 2 years or so and charged more than someone that never goes there and probably doesn't have nice things to say about Mazin's store but that's the not me I'm just telling my most recent experience and how's it's been the last two years so far. I will never go back, I'm going to every platform to inform as well, word of mouth of course etc. I'm a good person , I'm patient and understanding and to be treated this way by ppl you've known for two decades is a slap in my face to be lied to like that and treated like this for a while now. so unacceptable. if he makes it right then I might retract or delete this and everything else but what he did was so wrong and if I were him I couldn't do that to loyal customers like myself nor disrespect them for no reason on top. anyways I highly advise to go anywhere but here so you don't g your money taken from them up charging. like tint for me used to be $50-$75 total now it's 250 all a sudden? lol no. Super late on this review, but it's better late than never. I stopped by B&C Stereo last year on 4/19/17 with hopes of getting set up on a new system for my trailblazer. Up until that point I had been driving for 3-4yrs with four stock audio speakers in my truck. Three of the speakers currently installed were blown out and not producing any sound. I was getting only mids/highs from my front passenger side speaker. The quality of sound I was working with was poor, but I made due with it because some music I better than no music. So, with the nice chunk of change I saved up from extra tips over several months I figured it was time to get some quality sound back in my life. I went in and spoke with Mazin about getting a decent system. I had done some research, but my knowledge wasn't the best. I had a written list of parts for a system for him to look at and give me a deal on. At the time, I just felt like I just needed something better than what I already had. But hell, a portable Bluetooth speaker would've shit on what I was working with. In hindsight, the system I planned on wouldn't have been much better than a brand new stock system. This is when Mazin realized my love for music and the diligence I had invested into finding a system that would produce a sound that I'd be proud of and enjoy. He decided to make me a deal and encouraged me to consider upgrading from the almost entire JVC and carpet box/alpine sub setup I had planned on, to a complete Alpine system with Q-bomb box for the sub. This setup was a couple extra hundred bucks more than I had originally intended on spending, but I knew this man understood more about audio than I did, and boy was I right! The system I ended up with utterly shat on everything I had before. Genres from hip hop and rap, to electronic, rock, and even classical played out crystal clear. I had never realized how much of the music I was missing without having bass and quality mids/high. I had read somewhere that if you didn't have a sub you'd be missing anywhere from 60-80% of the sound in your music, and I never thought it to be 100% true until I got this system installed. It was like listening to all my favorite music for the first time all over again! My mind was blown! The installation took about three hours from start to finish. During that time there were several comfortable recliners to relax in and watch tv from. When the installation was finished, I had the help and support of Dale, the audio technician, to tune my system and teach me how to work everything properly. Ever since I got this system installed my commute and driving escapades have been nothing but spectacular. Less frustration and more fun. I was no longer was driving in a worn down truck, but instead I felt like I was in an intergalactic bass shuttle. Lol. It's incredible what the power of music can do. It absolutely energized me. This system has now been with me through some incredibly difficult moments of my life. Driving home from funerals of loved ones, from jobs lost, and days and moments of failure, but all while in the comfort of the sweet sound of music, and for that, I couldn't be more grateful. Most people around the metroplex spend a lot of time in their vehicles every day, it undeniably worth it to make those rides as enjoyable and smooth as possible. Driving a 2016 Tundra 4WD Crew Max with failing speakers. I pre-shopped a couple of places dropping in and calling around and these folks felt solid. Went ahead and took my truck by there, and worked with Mason and as a salesperson that loves to be "sold", Mason is a stud. Not pushy but very explanatory on pros/cons and a little flexible on numbers; he's a sales guy and I genuinely felt he had my interests v B&C's on the project. I was happily upsold on a different amp quoted. May have upgraded something else, but I wasn't complaining as it was just a great experience spending a bit more than I planned All in I had all the speakers replaced and the addition of an amp and sound dampening on the doors. He did suggest a sub-woofer and I do need one but the sound as is with the dampening is phenomenal. Definitely going back for the sub and Mason will install headlamps I provide with LED bulbs (from B&C) and if I have my grill insert replaced and a new grill guard, some LED fog lamps as well. I was there about 4 hours and they have very comfortable seating, free wifi, a TV and refrigerated bottled water. They are also fine with concealed or open carry and I enjoyed a really nice firearms conversation with another fellow carrier getting windows work on a bad-ass Audi Q8 SUV. I note this as I know some folks that have to wait at shops for any type of work avoid places with 30.06 and 30.07 signs posted. B&C not only does awesome work but by policy is one of the safest places along Harry Hines Blvd to have any work done. read more

I do a lot of traveling and this is the best car stereo store I have been too in a long time. I live in Austin and I travel to Oklahoma quite a bit for work. I looked this Place up on yelp and saw thier reviews and I see why they have been in business for 39 years. The service is very personable. Quality of your installation is more than exceptional. The installers are very friendly and professional. When they returned my BMW they left the car extremely clean and I could not see any wires. I got both amplifiers installed for the mids and subs. I purchased a complete alpine speakers system sounds amazing. Kenwood Exelon nav unit is very easy to use that the salesman recommended. They walked me through the sales process and walk me through the car after he was finished as well which made it easy for me to figure out how to use my new toy. My long drives from Texas to Oklahoma is a lot more pleasant. I will be back for a window tint job and maybe a car alarm. Their website was also nice Bncstereo.com. Gave me a clear idea Which brands to go with before I even walked into the store. They had an amazing set up including a awesome display to try out different speakers before you make you final decision on which brand to buy. This makes buying from a local store a lot more better than buying online. I came in looking for information about a new sound system for my new toyota tundra. the salesperson was very informative and took the time to show me what my best options were. I noticed a they have an abundunt amount of merchandise, so I knew they had what I wanted ... just a matter of finding it! We sampled few systems on thier sound board. I learned that I did not need 2 woofers, 1 is enough. Car stereo is different these days, less space, subs have more power. I decided to go with a full Alpine Car stereo system. Nav, speakers, amps, subs, all of it!! GET the DYNOMAT!! it helps alot with sound damping, for better sound quality, especially in today's new cars. I was impressed a very neat install. The wires were hidden, unlike other shops I went to was exposed! All panels, were back like factory. Which, as a consumer, is what you want. You need people that have a lot of experience with cars, that is how you know your work will be done good. I used to go to a place in Garland, but Bonnie & Clyde Stereo proved to be the better choice. Manager was helpful in showing me how to use my system. Salesperson delivered everything they said was going to be delivered!! Extremly happy with my purchase. In the end, I spent alot less than what other shops quoted me as well. read more

My friend referred me to this shop. I'm fairly new from LA, used to deal with Al & Ed's Autosound in Southern Cali. I'm used to driving luxury vehicles. Like to always put the best equipment in my car, especially since I'm a fan Car Audio, and factory integration of after market to factory. Took my 2005 SC430 Lexus to these folks. Friendly, Professional, smart and got done what I could'nt even get done in LA. They sold me a Double Din Pioneer Touch Screen. Customized the Stereo to look and fit Factory *(with my wood grain stereo cover to still close)* The installer took the electronics out of original Lexus stereo, and made it work with the after market stereo. The Factory navigation works through Pioneer. The steering wheel controls, no problem. He even made my back-up camera work through the after market as well!!! Very impressive, did'nt expect to retain factory navigation, but Mazin made it happen. The rewired my factory subwoofer system as well. Replaced my 8"inch sub with a slim Kicker CVT8. Powered by a KIcker dx200.1. (its does 0.5 ohm load) Replaced, and dynomated my doors and rear panel. Sounds Sick! Very clean work sending all my friends to Bonnie & Clyde's. Oh my goodness, they are amazing! I brought my new not so fun used car in and they have made it fun! What they did was upgraded the complete audio system, in the same day! They were super friendly and helpful when I came in. Right off they sent someone to help me make sense of everything, they were very patient with me. When they let me listen to several different speaker sets with or without an amp or subwoofer. You might think this is how all the audio stores are... but I had been to a couple before hand and let me tell you this attention, expertise and 'up and beyond' attitude was the closing reason I bought from them... the other reason is they introduced me to a set of alpine speakers that made me shiver... the other ones just didn't cut it. And boy am I glad I did... the car receiver I initially was quoted for failed to have a feature I really wanted but they made things so worth while, I got the works done and I'm tickled pink! After searching several weeks for the best audio/security shop in the DFW area, I was pleasantly surprised that many locals and friends recommended Bonnie and Clyde's off Harry Hines. I visited and one of the helpful staff gave me a tour of the facility. (He went by the name of Luis) He explained the differences between various products and answered all of my questions, I want being rushed, pressured and everything was smooth! This is what customer service is all about. I visited a car toys in Dallas and was ignored for several minutes and when I finally got help I was being pressured to rush and didn't enjoy the experience. He sold some exterior lights and LED interior lights, and they went ahead and installed a Viper 2 way alarm, tinted my windows and took care of me. They gave me an awesome price and my car was complete within 2 days. A+ recommended and I will certainty be returning. Thanks Chorizo and the entire Bonnie and Clyde's Audio staff! read more

Look no further, I am extremely glad I chose this shop for hooking up an amazing sound system for my Classic Bronco. I have been working really hard saving up and finally after doing my homework , I ran across this shop after noticing this was a Flagship Alpine Authorized dealer. Turns out they have been in business since the late 70's and I see why. The entire Sales team was on point, knowledgable and well trained with the products. They did not try to over sell me, they got me exactly what I wanted. Tech did an extremely clean job on the installation as well. Got alpine head unit, alpine type r speakers, custom box in the rear panel. Wiring looked completely factory. the sound quality is amazing!! super happy customer. my wife was also shockingly happy, even after spending lots of money on my truck. 5 star review well deserved for bonnie & Clyde stereo. This is my first time ever having to get my car windows tinted, being the fact that I've always bought cars with tint on them already. But my new car didn't have it so, I relied on my friends and Yelp for help! Majority of my friends got their windows tinted by Luis at Bonnie and Clydes and told me that they never disappoint, and boy were they right! From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy anyone can give. These guys are definitely professionals! They initially told me it would somewhat be a 2 hour wait, however, they were done about an hour and a half into it! Quick and thorough! The tint looks fantastic! They have different types of tints you can choose from, along with warranty. I'll be sure to recommend them to anyone in need of tint! After today, I won't go anywhere else! read more

I came to Bonnie and Clyde's primarily to get my windows tinted, but I also had questions about my broken stereo. I was under the impression that my CDS were jammed so I asked if they could take a look at it and see if they could take them out! I payed $85 for them to attempt fix the stereo and $129 for my window tinting. I left my car to be worked on and was on my way. A couple hours later I recieved a call and they informed me that the CDs in my stereo were not jammed and in fact, there was a leaky capacitor. They then went on to tell me that they were going to give me a brand new $150 JVC stereo for the oringinal amoutn I payed!! I was so shocked by their kindness and generosity. My stereo is amazing and my windows are perfect! I would recommend this place to ANYONE!!! Seriously, do yourself a favor and go to Bonnie and Clyde's! read more
