Less than five months ago, I purchased a new blower from your company. Approximately one month ago, I brought the equipment to the Naples location for what I understood would be a minor carburetor adjustment. Since leaving the blower for service, I have not received any update, call, or communication from the service department regarding its status, the anticipated completion date, or whether any additional work may be required. I find this lack of communication extremely disappointing, particularly given that the equipment is still relatively new and was brought in for a seemingly minor adjustment. As a customer, I should not have to repeatedly seek information about equipment that has been in your service department for an extended period of time. When I recently visited the Naples branch to request an update, the staff was unable to provide meaningful information regarding my blower or its service status. Instead, I was referred to the Northport branch. This was frustrating, as the equipment was dropped off at the Naples location, and I expected the Naples service department to have access to the necessary information and be able to communicate directly with me about my service request. The issue is not only the delay itself, but also the apparent lack of organization, accountability, and customer communication within the Naples service department. I would appreciate an immediate update on the current location and condition of my blower, the work that has been completed or remains to be completed, and a clear estimate of when it will be ready for pickup. I also ask that this matter be reviewed so that future customers do not experience the same lack of service and communication. I selected your company expecting reliable products and professional support after purchase. Unfortunately, my experience with the Naples branch has not met those expectations. The guys are helpful if you need hay or bags of garden soil loaded and someone always asks if you need help, when they see you browsing the plant aisles. They have a good variety of healthy plants. although the bougainvillea selection was way down, which is why I stopped by on this visit. Prices are mostly reasonable and plants I've bought at this garden center have done well. The store has a covered area and sun area, so you can see plant requirements at a glance. Gardening in zone 10 can be a challenge, but Golden Gate Nursery has you covered.
