My friends and family were skeptical for the price quoted, but I took a gamble on a local mom and pop business and it paid off! I can't believe the transformation. What was tired and outdated is now fresh and sleek. The service tech worked all day to update two vanities and a kitchen sink, the kitchen countertops and backsplash, a bathtub and tile surround, and a shower stall. Everything is bright glossy white which makes an already large condo look even bigger. The resurfacing investment definitely improved the resell value of the condo, so it was absolutely worth the money. The work was not as expected. The requested repairs are not well done, and some not done at all (repair rusted areas with a composite and finish with the rest of the sink). The finish of the sink is now mostly "orange peel" with some smooth areas. I complained and texted photos. The staff agreed that the work was sub-par and scheduled a redo. The same tech came to the job and did not refinish the sink, instead used some wet/dry sand paper and some auto wax. no additional repairs, no refinishing. When it became clear that the tech was not going to properly refinish the work, I sent him away. In this experience, the work was not as stated and the follow up was poor.

Literally destroyed our home…read more We had Jerry, owner from Naples Vacuum to our home a couple times. First to replace the old system and second to make adjustments. Both times, he was condescending and confrontational, to say the least. On November 10, 2017, he came to move a central vacuum pipe as part of reconstruction. He showed up in dress loafers, a Hawaiian shirt and dress slacks to do construction. A few minutes into the process, he walked on the fire sprinkler pipes, broke the water main and literally destroyed our house. For some reason, when he came down from the crawl space, bewildered, practically in shock, he went to the electrical panel to turn the water off. While a friend and I were trying to shut the water main off at the street, Jerry somehow slithered away. 30 min later (Jerry, I still have the screen shot) he called me and said that he would be happy to buy me a wet vac to clean up. Tens of thousands of dollars, insurance adjusters, and six months later, we had our house rebuilt. Jerry, want to dispute any of this??????
