Gary was wonderful to work with. I called to get a quote for rekeying of a new house and had an appointment scheduled for 48 hours later (and this was working around Thanksgiving as well!). He had to replace one of my doorknobs and made sure to come back within 2 weeks so I could avoid another service visit cost. Gary was nothing short of amazing in my experience. I called him at about 5 pm and he was able to come change my locks by 2 pm the next day. I asked if I needed to buy a new doorknob or anything and he explained that would be unnecessary and not to spend more money than I needed to. He got here and changed the locks in just a couple of quick minutes. He even gave me 4 copies of the key! I felt bad and didn't want to ask for too many and he emphasized that he didn't charge for extra keys and it was no problem. I even tried to pay him in advance and he asked that I wait until he was finished and even had me test the locks before accepting any form of payment. Gary was very flexible on scheduling, coming out on a Saturday morning to re-key our locks. He confirmed the appointment and even arrived early. He provided a 10% Yelp discount and free keys included. In addition to re-keying the locks, he identified two quick changes to increase the security of our house, which he quoted reasonable fees on and went ahead and did right then.
