Gary was nothing short of amazing in my experience. I called him at about 5 pm and he was able to come change my locks by 2 pm the next day. I asked if I needed to buy a new doorknob or anything and he explained that would be unnecessary and not to spend more money than I needed to. He got here and changed the locks in just a couple of quick minutes. He even gave me 4 copies of the key! I felt bad and didn't want to ask for too many and he emphasized that he didn't charge for extra keys and it was no problem. I even tried to pay him in advance and he asked that I wait until he was finished and even had me test the locks before accepting any form of payment. Gary was very flexible on scheduling, coming out on a Saturday morning to re-key our locks. He confirmed the appointment and even arrived early. In addition to re-keying the locks, he identified two quick changes to increase the security of our house, which he quoted reasonable fees on and went ahead and did right then.
