I gave them $50 for the diagnostic fee and sent them on there way. It's amazing to me that companies like this try to charge people outrageous prices for something so simple. I can purchase the tools and parts for less than $70 and watch a Youtube video and do it myself! I was willing to pay $150 just so I didn't have to do it, but not "$400"! Even after the $50 diagnoptic fee, I can still purchase parts and tools and do the job myself and sill be under my $150 thinking!!! Got one more company coming out with free diagnostic look tomorrow we'll see if they're a reputable company.
