A second plumber was called (AIM Plumbing--highly recommended) who simply and quickly unclogged the drain (for $300, not $3,000 hallelujah) and even showed me the grease that was blocking it. When contacted ten days later about his errant charge and diagnosis, Jerry couldn't even remember my case but refused to provide any discount for his poor service. Tomsett to the rescue! I was having a bad day. No water. I…read morecalled the City of Rockport, thinking they'd shut me down or something. No clue. They told me that they didn't cut me off of the wet stuff, but instead I should call a plumber, there was a leak that led to someone who came and shut the water off. I called Tomsett early in the morning, and explained the problem. They said that they had a job in Aransas Pass, but this didn't sound like a big job, so they could take care of it immediately. Within minutes, they were on the job. They diagnosed the problem, let me know what was happening, what it was going to take to fix it. We discussed the options on how to fix it, and Tomsett made some recommendations.
