I contacted Bill at Expert Pool Table Moving to dissassemble and move an 8' Connley table that I purchased from a neigbor and install it in our home. They were extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Bill told me what to look for when buying a used table and how to determine if the rails needed to be replaced. I also orderd Simonis 860 red pro cloth to be installed when they put the table back together. Bill and Arturo were on time and had the table apart and loaded on their truck in about an hour. Overall GREAT experience. I was looking to buy a good used pool table without breaking the bank. I found a few options on FB Marketplace and sent photos to Bill via text message. He looked at them and recommended one. Bill went to inspect and pick up the pool table for me at a time that I arranged with the seller on FB. Then he brought it to my house and installed it later that day. The pool table that he picked out for me from just looking at the photos turned out to be top of the line, and without his help, I wouldn't have been able to pick it out from the large selection of used pool tables out there. Bill and Arturo did a great job of delivering and assembling our pool table. Bill is very diligent yet entertaining and before you know it they are done. He joked that the table came free with spiders. I didn't see any, but there were lots of webs so I was glad he let me wipe and vacuum it before they assembled it. I'm not sure if that interfered with their work but I really appreciated it. He also gave us helpful tips such as using sand paper instead of the chalk block for the cue, painting it satin black or using chrome polish etc to make it look better. Bill was very nice and helpful when I called to ask questions. They took my table apart and were nice enough to store it for me for about 2 months until I was able to move in to our new place. The problem I have is that my table was all banged up and scratched. The colors of the felt he asked me about we're not the colors it was originally, but that was no big deal. My table is a Harley table that has pipes all along the bottom, which he didn't want to put back on. He did, finished and left. A couple days later the pipes fell off. I looked under the table and at each spot where 4 screws should be, only one was put in. It was done fast and half assed. The table was banged up enough that we didn't think it was ours, but when I asked he said that was the only Harley table he had in his possession in years.
