Months later, I became very sick and couldn't shake the feeling that something in the home was contributing to it. Out of desperation, we called Bud and he showed up the same day. He immediately confirmed an additional leak we didn't even know about, and found 100% moisture in the walls of my bedroom. The relief I felt finally getting answers was indescribable. That confirmation meant everything. When we had to leave that rental in an emergency and move into a new place, Bud came out again that very day to check the new home. He alleviated my fears and verified that the house was clean. Mold illness is real absolutely real and it can completely change your life. Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.
