I can't say enough good things about Gallagher Restoration. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work and effort from their entire team. From day one, everyone was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Anytime I had questions, they either had the answers right away or took the initiative to find them and point me in the right direction. Their communication was consistent and timely--even after 12 months into this process, they continued to respond quickly and support me when I needed it. They handled my personal belongings with great care during the pack-out, treating everything with respect and professionalism. The mitigation work itself was done as thoroughly as possible, and even when there were delays or challenges with insurance approvals, they stayed proactive and worked around obstacles until everything could move forward. What impressed me the most was the mitigation report. It was extremely detailed, with clear photos and thorough documentation that showed everything was properly tracked and accounted for. Overall, Gallagher Restoration made a very stressful situation much easier to manage. talk about a nightmare of a situation- who wants to wake up at 3am to a mini lake in their kitchen and the carpet soaked... no one right. The shining light of this nightmare? Gallagher restoration- seriously from the moment Caleb and Nick showed up to assist they were nothing but professional and thee most reassuring as to having this ordeal handled. They spoke with confidence and respect and explained everything super clear - answered numerous questioned and quite honestly made me feel like there was no where else they'd rather be. the quoting process, the transparency of everything and even the setup of equipment and just how detailed they were to ensure the best possible outcome was outstanding. I'm left feeling hopeful throughout this nightmare because Caleb and Nick made me feel so and hands down if I ever EVER need more work (I hope I don't) in their field- I won't even hesitate to call. Watch out for this company! While they were very communicative, they ruined our dishwasher because their equipment caused our home to overload and it caused a circuit overload and power surge. Verified by their own electrician. It cost us hundreds of dollars to have it repaired. They also destroyed our custom cabinets and refused to repair them! Even though, their electrician had said that this was a continual problem with the owner not understanding how electrical problems can cause issues with overload because they don't use a power box. Look at the damage they caused. And then when we tried to negotiate with them, they sent us to a credit bureau to try to ruin our credit! Horrible and they should be ashamed of themselves. Oh where to start. At the beginning. My son got a free Crawfish. The tech line open on Sundays. The nice tech who came out. The great quality of service. So long story, a 40 gallon fish tank, after 2 months of running a seam seal failed. The tank was new. So 40 gallon of fish water all over my office carpeted floor. I was not looking forward to this. This little free Crawfish will have cost me more than you know. I called all over. Thank goodness Adrian picked up the phone. He heard my story and said he came over in 15 minutes. Looked it all over, told me what todo. He got his machines out and started right on the spot. He got a lot of water out. Then left the other machine over the new few days to dry it out. I got a call on Monday with the price. I was shocked in a good way at the cost. It was so reasonable I was floored. I expected a $3k cost. It was not. It was well broken out. Each item and task had a price. So if I wanted to only do part of the job I could. There was not fees that was unreasonable for what the work took. Part of each fee is the experience of the tech and the company. I look forward to end result of the work. I am just so happy right now. Next time this is my first call. Side note, this company also gives back to the community. They made it so a 4th grade class could take a fun field trip. Without them helping to fund the busses the trip would not have happened. They made it so about 75 kids got to go see the Missions. A very nice action. So know that the profits get spread around. read more

November 2025 Gallagher Restorations were hired to provide water mitigation for my daughter and son-in-law's home. When it became impossible to communicate with Gallagher Restorations and work full-time, my daughter and her husband asked for my help. My husband and I co-signed on the house loan, so I felt it was appropriate for me to step in. A pipe had suddenly broken in the garage wall, and water had flooded the downstairs bathroom, laundry room, entry way, and kitchen. After a few days, Gallagher Restorations determined that the water mitigation was completed to "industry standards", despite the fact that only 1/4 of the damaged flooring had been removed. A work authorization was signed by my son-in-law because he believed Gallagher had done a good job so far, and he thought they would give a reasonable price for the installation of new flooring. My daughter and son-in-law had considered replacing the flooring throughout the entire house, although only the first floor had been damaged, but their budget would not allow it. Gallagher provided an estimate, only for the cost of labor, for replacing the flooring in the entire house. The estimate was so incredibly high, that even half of the amount was out of my daughter and son-in-law's price range. Again, my son-in-law had already purchased new flooring, so the estimate was only for labor. My son-in-law told Gallagher Restorations that he was going to use someone else to install the new flooring. Gallagher Restorations had already been paid for their water mitigation services. Just to be clear, Gallagher Restorations did not replace the plumbing or drywall, and they did not provide the test required for asbestos. Gallagher Restorations then said that because the "contract had been broken" my daughter and son-in-law owed them 50% of their estimate for installing new flooring in the Entire House. The estimate given was $24,896.26. A contract was never presented nor was any contract ever signed. This is when I began corresponding with Gallagher Restorations. I was told by Gallagher's office manager that they "never" provide contracts, they only provide "estimates". I responded that I had dealt with many contractors and they always provided a contract which stated a final price for the job. She responded, "how are we supposed to know what the final cost will be until we've finished the job?" I also asked her why there was not a contractor's license number listed on any of the paperwork they had provided. She told me they don't list a contractor's license number on any of their paperwork because they, "never know who will actually be doing the work". Out of all the many phone calls and messages I left, I was only once able to speak with the owner, Mr. Aaron Gallagher. Mr. Gallagher put me on speaker phone and he and his office manager and estimator all tried to talk to me at the same time. It was impossible to get any of my questions answered. Mr. Gallagher told me they were all late for a meeting but he would be available after the meeting. I called back multiple times that same afternoon but could never again speak with Mr. Gallagher. I also sent an email directly to Mr. Gallagher listing all my questions and concerns. I received verification that the email had been received, but I never received any type of response. At one point Gallagher's estimator assured me that she would email me copies of documents that would answer my questions. She told me she would send them before the end of the day on Friday. On the following Monday, I called and asked for the copies she had promised to email me. To this day, I have never received them. Gallagher Restorations eventually offered to resolve the situation by only charging an additional $5000.00 because we "broke the contract". Coincidentally, this was the exact amount that my son-in-law had already paid them for their water mitigation services. An additional check for the same amount had been mistakenly sent to Gallagher Restorations by my daughter and son-in-law's home insurance company. With the extra check already in Gallagher's possession, we agreed and asked for a statement closing the account as paid in full. It took me 3 more phone calls before that statement was sent to my son-in-law. For my daughter and son-in-law this was an expensive $5000.00 lesson to learn. Having never dealt with repair/restoration companies, they believed what they were told and expected a highly rated company to do a quality job. Unfortunately, Gallagher Restoration's owner and employees are either inexperienced and/or incompetent. I honestly do not know how this company remains in business. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with them. FYI: When all the damaged flooring was removed by the new floor installers, standing water was found in 2 different areas. Gallagher Restorations doesn't even do water mitigation properly. read more

Our house flooded in August 2023. We had no idea where to even start. GRC showed up within minutes of our call and were there every step of the way through the whole process. The most surprising service they offered was a pack out and storage to ensure none of our stuff was damaged during the restoration and remodel process. I was so grateful that they were able to work with our insurance to get this service covered and keep all of our things safe. They were super timely about packing out our stuff and safely returning it without losing any of our valued items. Do not believe a word Aaron or his team say to you. Complete bait and switch, I regret ever allowing them into my house. This is the 1st review I've ever posted about any company ever, but the time, energy and money their deception has cost me, I feel I have to warn the public to stay away! After a burst pipe flooded my 1st floor. Aaron arrived, and "explained" the process of working with HO insurance. He advised they would work directly with insurance, handle the remediation and line up reputable contractors equally familiar with working directly with insurance. "We will handle everything" his office admin Loreen advised that we should leave things to them and not to interact directly with insurance, as there are better and worse ways to communicate to get ideal outcome. They didn't deliver on any of these items. Instead, the crew tore apart the kitchen and drywall in 2 days... Disappeared for a few weeks and eventually said "Ok now, go find yourself someone to fix everything.." ..btw "Your insurance company isn't cooperating," The bill for the 2 days of tear down and leaving behind some machines (with daily rental cost) to dehumidify the place? Almost $16,000.00 As a result of the bait and switch tactics, my 1st floor is still torn apart months later, because of the enormous time wasted, waiting on Gallagher Restoration to follow through on their false claims, eventually, I began speaking with my insurance company directly, and looking around for a contractor, but if they would have just been honest about the fact that they do nothing besides tear things down and send a bill, I would have started that much sooner and the house would have already been repaired months ago. Additionally, after accomplishing nothing with my insurance provider, they referred me to a private insurance adjuster Missy who showed up to my property, asked for 2 weeks to decide if she could help us, (even more wasted time) and when I called to follow up, she literally forgot who I was or that she had already been to my house evaluating it for an hour. At one point, very strangely, Missy pretended I had the wrong phone number when I attempted to follow up, then called back apologizing for the confusion, why on earth is Gallagher referring people who have to hide from previous clients and pretend they can't be contacted at what is obviously their own direct number? Long story short, Aaron's team grossly misrepresented the service/ support they provide, and overcharged beyond reason in comparison to comparable services, 2 days of labor on the 1st floor of a 1600 SF house to only demolish and nothing else, does not equate to anywhere near their pricing anywhere else. Had we not been misled by Aarons team, we would have been identifying reputable contractors from day one, and working with our insurance directly from day one. Instead we lost valuable time. If Aaron had simply been honest about the fact that he was leaving us completely on our own, our home would have probably already been repaired by now. Yes, they took care of the remediation process, but also exuded: quality, professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service! I have used a couple of restoration companies for water damage in the past, but none compare to the personal care that Aaron and his employees displayed with my home. Aaron took the time to meet the adjuster, follow up weekly, and replied when I saw any minor touch ups that needed to be done (I'm a perfectionist). He could have easily taken his last check and let me deal with the minor touches, but he does not have that in his personality.
