I paid around $10,000 for tattoo removal and was under the impression I had a full treatment plan (10 rounds across 3 areas). I have only completed 8 rounds, so I KNOW I still have sessions left. Out of nowhere, I was told I had no remaining sessions. This isn't even the first time this has happened--previously, they told me the same thing, then later admitted it was a mistake and that I did in fact have sessions left. This time, they said they needed to "review my account" and would get back to me... and they never did. Now I'm stuck with a partially faded tattoo that isn't fully removed, after investing a significant amount of money and time. The lack of organization, accountability, and follow-through is honestly unacceptable for a company at this price point.
