Ryan and his colleague were exceptional. I called and asked for an immediate installation of my 65inch LGOLED and my Sonos playbar. I had a mount for the playbar but they were able to provide multiple options for my TV and helped me select the best one for my specific needs. In addition- they brought molding to hide wires, extended cables for my system to connect and ensured everything looked perfect. They asked me how I liked to view the screen (height/angle), where it should be centered and everything to make sure it was what I wanted. Ryan is amazing. Great communication, punctual, asked lots of questions and gave suggestions when we were unsure about mounting height. He did 5 installs and they were in a commercial building with metal studs. Which is more complicated than residential. It requires drilling through metal studs to secure the anchors. Eveything was done perfectly and he even cleaned up all the drywall after. Cords and cables were cleanly routed. Amazing job. read more
