I inquired about their services on a Friday and Paul got back to me Sunday night regarding their availability to come on Monday bright and early. It was such a relief because in the middle of December I know it is hard at times to clean the gutters out depending on the weather. This was my first experience with gutter cleaning and was extremely pleased with what I received. I was told once they were there that it was required they clean my neighbors gutters as well (I have a townhouse) which I didn't originally like the idea of, expecting an increase in cost, but nothing was added to the bill. Contacted Paul through Yelp for a quote on window and gutter cleaning. He got back to me the same day and said he would provide a quote the following day. He arrived the following day as promised and provided a quote. He recommended we wait to wash our windows as there is a new construction house being built 2 doors down. He stated he would do it if we wanted, but they would get dirty within a matter of days due to the construction. We appreciated him addressing that as it was something we didn't think about. We decided to move forward with just the gutters. He arrived the following day to do the job. We didn't get any other bids, but felt the price was fair. Excellent, professional service. We call Paul every spring for window washing, and we used to call every fall for gutter cleaning, until he recommended installing gutter guards. He installed them for us the following year, explained the minimal upkeep of them, used quality materials (not plastic!) and they have worked perfectly, all for a fair and reasonable price. I have used Paul's company for the last 4 years for power washing the front porch and the back deck, cleaning the windows, and this year for power washing the whole house and garage. The company does great work, very thorough, friendly, puts things back afterwards, and always walks with me to look at the job to make sure everything is done right. With the house power washing, the house and garage look new. Paul and his crew are very hard working and on top of that they are very reasonable.
