Thank you Brian and Paramount Home Services for a fantastic cleaning and replacement of 15 bulbs on one chandelier and 8 bulbs on another and cleaning the grill and giant window on the front of the house. The chandelier is 18 feet high and the ceiling fan light is 15 feet high and the window is up to the roof. Everything is spotless. I only wish I contacted for their services earlier. Our windows are sparkling clean and streakfree - even cleans the area around the windows - he noves heavy pieces of furniture and neatly returns them to the area . We have very high ceilings aand he is equipped with the very tall ladders to clean the windows and the chandelier is 20 feet up .... So basically you're saying I randomly chose your business, guessed that you used groupon at one time in the past and decided to badmouth you for no reason. NO. I gave the groupon to my next door neighbor as a gift because he had a knee replacement and couldn't climb a ladder. He called you and you gave him the runaround. He returned it to me so I called you. You came up with some silly philosophical story about what exactly is a groupon and a coupon and basically gave me the runaround too. I'm not looking to steal anything from you, blackmail you, or extort you. I don't want anything from you or your business. The money was lost a long time ago but the memory lingers. That's what still bothers me about it. I paid in good faith and got ripped off by what is supposed to be a reputable business and it still comes to mind every autumn. ...and the last part of your reply to me??? "While I did let some commit felonies against me, after a while I put my foot down, and did not allow anyone further to blackmail, threaten or steal from me. If you were in that group, then yes, I would have ended our relationship prior to doing work for you or honoring a groupon. Did you attempt to commit a crime against me? Called Brian to see if he could clean some suspended lighting over our staircase. He provided a reasonable quote and scheduled for two days later. Showed up and covered the floor, made sure to be careful with our floors and pendants. He was finished in about 45 minutes, and everything was much cleaner. Spotless, in fact. Paramount Home Services is a great company. The guy that came to the house was very nice and thoughtful. Asked all the questions to know what I wanted done. He power washed the house and the patio. It looks 100% better! He also cleaned all my windows inside and out. He offered to take all the screens that were busted to a place by my house, so they could get fixed. Very nice! Brian arrived on time. He is a very nice person, who came with his mask on and he immediately took his shoes off. He was thorough, quick, careful and did a really nice job. i would have rated him 5 stars but I didn't notice him brushing off the window screens that I think are part of the job. small concern for a really big change in my windows. i'm satisfied and my neighbor used him the same morning and she also was happy. We live on the sixth floor of our condo building and Brian knows how to sit on the ledge to reach the top corners of the outside of the windows. amazing to watch. read more

This company had a groupon offering, and we called them to find out what the groupon included before we bought it. The person who answered the phone asked how many windows we had, which we told him. He said he could do our windows, inside and out, for a certain price, which would be less than the cost of the Groupon, if we could get a couple of our neighbors to sign up, too. We thought this sounded like a great deal and got two of our neighbor-units to agree. The guy showed up an hour late without calling, and then proceeded to tell us that now that he had done an "accurate" count of our windows, he was going to charge us 65% more than he quoted us. We have 8 windows, which is what we told him over the phone when he quoted the job for us. We asked him what number he was coming up with from his "accurate" count, done from outside our building, and he turned on his heel and walked out of the house without any explanation. I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

While initially responsive with getting back to me about a date, I received a weird call the night before that seemed like he didn't want to come out and clean my windows in the city. Made a up a weird story about city windows having stuff on them that can't be cleaned (I've had my windows cleaned by others without a problem). Then he was an hour late and price was jacked up from my Angie's list deal that I bought when I set up service - almost twice the price. And, while the cleaning of the windows was fine I would have liked greater level of service on moving chairs back in place. Not a fan and won't be using Paramount again. read more

We used Paramount to clean and prepare a chandelier - not just any chandelier, but my husband's Grandmother's, so there was a lot of "sensitivities" surrounding our ability to trust someone to not only clean it, but help pack it as we had to store it for awhile. Paramount not only came to our house, cleaned the chandelier so it looked "brand new" while maintaining its aged dignity! But they found an ingenious way to pack it so we could store it. I have come to find, that when a company offers a service at a great discount (as with groupon) there are tons of people looking to take advantage. I took Paramount Home Services up on their window cleaning special. I believe the deal was for an 'out only' cleaning. When I first called, I was instructed to email my address/contact information, what service I was looking for and a window count. I did so and received a reply email the same evening. Brian, the owner, explained that they have had a huge response to this special offer and the weather has been quite a challenge. He said he would send me a confirmation email with notice of the week that they will be out to clean my windows. I would have liked a more solidified day and time but I understand the circumstances. A couple weeks had gone by and my husband and I were going to be throwing a party. I sent Brian an email asking if he could move me up in the schedule so my windows could be done by the following weekend. I also asked if he could wash the insides as well. With in an hour or so, he responded and was more than willing to accommodate my needs. Brian mentioned that there would be an additional charge to have the insides done. He gave me a range as to what the extra cost could be. He guaranteed the best accurate price once he got to my house. They showed up for the appointment a couple days later and were done in just a couple of hours. Let me tell you, I can't remember the last time my windows looked this GREAT! I was so happy with the results and how well they were able work with what I needed, I didn't mind the extra cost. To be honest, the price was so reasonable, I still feel I got an awesome deal.
