When I called he agreed to stop by on his way home and he had the bad part out within a half an hour. I managed to get the company name from the truck, but there were no identifying numbers or contact info visible -- which makes me wonder if this kind of behavior is something they're used to hiding. If they treat other drivers this carelessly, I'd hate to imagine how they treat customers' vehicles. Got an alignment today, after alignment there was three warning lights on my dashboard…read more The store did not disclose that they cannot reprogram that computer on a Toyota. I called the store and complained ended up taking my truck to another shop to get realigned and the computer codes cleared. Turns out they didn't even align my truck completely correct. Paid for an alignment that meant nothing at Les Schwab waste of $125. Ended up paying for another alignment at another store that could clear my codes because the alignment sheet showed that Les Schwab didn't do jack shit to my truck as far as aligning it.
