I must've gone to a dozen different places that stated that they had remnants, only to find the selection to be minimal or non-existant. Fairfax Marble in Merrifield had the widest selection of marble, quartzite, and granite remnants I've ever seen! Enes was so helpful and patient, he knew what I was looking for, and was able to zero in on many pieces for me to consider-- out of what seemed like a thousand different slabs and pieces! I found the perfect remnant for a kitchen needing only 26 sq feet of stone. Then, Enes was able to schedule measuring and templating on only a day's notice! The installation followed almost immediately afterwards. Fairfax Marble will work with you-- or your contractor-- to find just the right stone, and they'll help you plan the edges, overhang, and any cut-outs or holes that need to be made for fixtures. I would highly recommend them for any size kitchen-- but especially for the smaller kitchen where you don't want or need to spend the extra money on a whole slab that you'll never use!
