We originally purchased our camper in June 2021 and quickly realized we had a major issue with it…read more We went back to Kikos and they started the warranty process. We spent several months going back and forth with the manufacturer and ultimately the just could not locate the cause of our issue. When we came to a stand still with the manufacturer and the warranty process, Patrick worked with us on options to get us into a new, safe unit for our kids, even coming out on his day off to show us some options that would fit our budget. He really went above and beyond to make sure that our new camper fit all the needs of our family of 5. When it came to finish up with the new unit, Kody worked, quite hard might I add, with the bank to get our loan details just right. Kody and Patrick kept in communication with us through the whole process, which really helped ease my worries since we had gone back and forth in the warranty process so much. On our delivery day, they even moved our units to the same lot so we could switch everything out. Danny, the service manager went through the unit with us when we arrived and addressed all of our questions. Once we finished up, Kody helped us with a final walk through just to make sure we had all of our questions answered. Buying a new camper just months after purchasing a new camper is stressful. I was so worried financially at what that would look like for us, but Kikos took care of us. Without going into details, really went the extra mile. At the end of the day, we ended up with a newer unit, with a few more features, for a fantastic price! We will definitely trust Kikos for all of our future camper needs!

He kept me informed of the repair progress every step of the way and even drove farther than he should have to pick up my part. Sam believes in loyalty and over-the-top customer service. He proved it over and over and I won't ever let anyone else work on my side by side and ATVs after meeting Sam and having this repair done by Troublemaker. I brought my side by side to troublemaker auto to have the shift cable replaced. he replaced it,…read moreand replace my good clutch with a clutch that did not work. when I picked it up I asked him why do i have to rev the engine to 2500 rpms to get it to go in gear. he told me that was normal. he was adamant that you have to rev it up to high rpms to get it to go into gear I tried getting him to repair this 3 times and each time it got worse. I took it to a different mechanic and I was told he sold me and installed a clutch that was not designed for this machine and was not working to begin with. it cost me $2800 to replace and repair the damaged he caused to my machine. I asked if he would refund me the money for the defective clutch. he is unwilling to do so. he charged me $1181.60 and it cost me $2800 to fix the damage he caused. He wants me to drop off the clutch without a refund but there is a trust issue as he has already scammed me and took out my good clutch and replaced it with a bad clutch

I spoke with the owner, Lance Damon and his wife Alli. Even though the mower was over two years old, it had a three-year warranty. I had bought the mower from Lowe's, but they no longer carry Troy-Bilt, and there was not a Troy-Bilt Warranty Service Center in Little Rock. Even though, I bought the mower elsewhere, Lance agreed to check it out, and repair it under warranty, if it was covered by warranty. It took a little longer for them to get to it, because their service department was really backed up. When they made me aware that my mower was ready, I was very pleased that my total bill was $.0 (zero) - there was absolutely no charge - all covered under warranty. This is a family run business, operated by many different family members. I quickly realized that they are not clannish, but each of them is united in providing HONEST, friendly, customer service. They handle many brands and types of push mowers, riding mowers and zero turn mowers. I was surprised at their inventory. They also handle other lawn care equipment like trimmers and chainsaws. I was also very impressed with the off the road rugged go-carts and ATVs that they carry. They are really nice folks. It is getting more difficult to find honest family run businesses like this anymore. Thank you, Lance, and Alli, and to all your staff for a very pleasant business experience at your facility.

I had an extremely bad experience with Riggs Outdoors. Not to go on a total rant, I'll hit the key…read morenotes. First, they are not open on the weekend making it very difficult to do business. I had to take vacation to purchase my bike. The first day of vacation they were too busy to complete my paperwork, so I had to burn another day to finalize the deal. Next, the paperwork was not done correctly (dates were not correct) and they needed me to take another day of vacation to come to store to sign new paperwork. I did not have any more vacation so they mailed me the paperwork. I signed and sent back the day I received it. When I received the paperwork from the credit union, I was already 5 days late on my payment. Very frustrating Each time I discussed my aggravations, I felt as through they wrote me off. Maybe it's because they are a big business, or they do not have passion for Moto sports but I can not recommend this place for your Moto needs and I will use Fayetteville store or shop out of state. I feel it will be worth my time.

We had all maintenance services performed at BMW of Little Rock on time. When we requested a Goodwill/Customer loyalty repair, it was denied by BMW North America and BMW of Little Rock...their reason being that we had purchased one new set of tires from a local tire shop instead of BMW. Now they want over $8,000 for repairs on what is a known internal defect. BMW IS A JOKE.
