Once we selected the type of blinds, she quickly and accurately measured our 14 windows. Fabrication and delivery took about a month, which spanned the Christmas holiday. Two people came out to install the blinds, which took about an hour. One of the blinds has a blemish, which seems to be a factory issue. We're waiting for a replacement. Out of nowhere we received a letter informing us they are not coming back. I just hope it goes to collections and effects my credit score so I can sue for damages. Got pics and witnesses still. (Including the name of the professional cleaning service who also took pictures). DO NOT USE THEM! Run!
