Once we selected the type of blinds, she quickly and accurately measured our 14 windows. Fabrication and delivery took about a month, which spanned the Christmas holiday. Two people came out to install the blinds, which took about an hour. One of the blinds has a blemish, which seems to be a factory issue. We're waiting for a replacement. The local team has been good to work with, and we wouldn't hesitate to call Budget Blinds for future work.

I went to Budget Blinds at 244 Bullsboro Dr. (on Dec. 29, 2014) to see if they would offer a service for someone to shorten the blinds. When I asked if this service was offered, the clerk told me in a very rude, brusque way that they didn't do that. I asked if he knew of someone who could help, and he replied while smacking his gum that he doubted if I could get *anyone* to do this. He sneered that whoever owned the house before we did probably got their blinds from Home Depot. This is a poor way to treat a potential customer. If he wasn't so busy being condescending to me, he could've shown me how to do it myself.
