Future Car wash customers beware! I waited a long time before deciding to write this review, hoping to get some sort of response from management, but obviously my concerns fell on deaf ears. A while back I took my brand new vehicle in for a single car wash. I used a debit card I very rarely use and would never want a subscription created using that means of payment. One of the employees assisted me with the transaction and I unknowingly left with a monthly subscription that I did not authorize nor was I aware of. (In fact I was never even given a window sticker) Weeks later I came back, this time I had a subscription created using my typical means of payment, at which time the staff placed a window sticker in my windshield for future car washes. As soon as I realized I was being charged for two separate subscriptions for the same vehicle--one linked to my bank account and one to my credit card--I canceled the disputed subscription. I asked for a refund due to the fact I had no knowledge of the subscription and I also never had a single car wash using the unauthorized subscription. (I did however use my authorized subscription a few times) I feel that was a fair request because my subscription had cost them zero dollars. They made money for nothing at my expense. Doing the right thing and giving me a refund would cost them nothing. It's definitely not going to break them. I am very concerned about the ongoing charges for the subscription I was unaware of and had never received a sticker for. This situation raises questions about the process for initiating recurring charges, particularly why charges continued when no official window sticker had been issued for the unused subscription nor did I receive any car washes. I wonder how many other unauthorized subscriptions are happening as I speak? I have since stopped payments on my authorized subscription. This is too bad, they had the opportunity to do the right thing and chose to ignore me. Otherwise, I would still have a subscription today. In the long run, this is going to cost them more than had they just refunded my money. read more

Hopefully you don't have to deal with the same manager i did. i did a wash, then it rained so i returned the same day, which i have done in the past several times. they denied service, then when I proceeded to bring my other vehicles on the plan, they cancelled my account, accused me off hitting employees ( i crumpled a business card and tossed on the desk ). this place was great until the current manager took over. they refused to give me any info above this tiny dude manager. read more

I've been to many automatic car washes in multiple states, and the experience at this car wash was probably my favorite of all. I got the basic $12 wash and it washed my truck way better than any "manager special" washes that I've paid more than double for at other washes. These guys were friendly and everything looked clean like they actually take pride in their location. The air hoses actually had pressure! It's hit or miss everywhere else that I've been. Of course they have vacuums as well. But what I thought was pretty cool was that they had an abundance of microfiber towels, window cleaner spray and interior cleaner spray. I took my time and my truck hasn't come out looking this clean in quite some time. This place is tucked away and you might drive right past it. If you didn't know it was there, but it's definitely worth it. read more

Wow! Our truck was covered in salt. We'd been up in Colorado and Wyoming after the first snow of the year. We got the basic wash and paid the extra $5 for mud removal. The truck came out perfectly. This is a drive thru service and they offer free vacuum. read more

Ok, first the 'bad'. It seems a little pricey but if you hit it at happy hour they offer a $5 quick wash and use of the vacuums. Really like the compressed air to blow out the cracks and vents inside. Car wash tunnel does a good job getting the grime off your ride. read more
