The first employee I approached looked disheveled--his uniform was wrinkled and stained, which was already off-putting. When I asked about the emesis bags, he had no idea what they were. I tried explaining: Me: "Bags used for nausea or dry heaving." Him: "Huh?!?" Me: "Vomiting bags." Him: "Oh, the throw-up bags should be along the back wall." I searched but couldn't find them, so I attempted to ask another employee for assistance. Unfortunately, he was wearing iPod earbuds and was unapproachable. Eventually, I located the item on my own, paid, and left. The lack of professionalism and basic product knowledge from employees was disappointing. Customer service at Walgreens has noticeably declined since my last visit.

They asked me to have my vet fax the Pharmacy the prescription (they faxed it twice and noted it was successful.) Every time I called to see if they were able to complete it, I was met with "no we don't have it" or "we never received it" and when I asked for more information, I never got it and was told to have them send it again! I only went because I read Walgreens gladly accepted pet prescriptions. Don't believe it for one second.

The store has drive-up services available through the app and when I use it they rush outside to meet me. It's a great experience. Plus they fill their orders very quickly through the online/app shopping services. You also get very good quality reusable shopping bags when you purchase things for in-store pickup or curbside pickup. I really like their beautifully maintained aisles.
