They advertised a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid online with an Internet Price of $35,410--including a listed dealer discount--but when I got to the dealership, they claimed the price was $36,925, conveniently ignoring their own advertised discount. This is a classic bait-and-switch move to lure in customers with lower prices only to push a higher price once you're there. Even when I showed them proof of the online price, they were unwilling to honor it, offering no reasonable explanation. If you value transparency and honesty, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that won't waste your time with misleading advertising. When I stopped by to check progress, the shop had all kinds of reasons why they couldn't even replace the O2 sensors. And afraid to even check the A/C (even after I said I'd pay for a new compressor). After my questioning their not even trying, I was told that the owner didn't like working on older Jeeps. I will Never set foot in King Cotton for ANYTHING! Note: A/C is still sealed and holding pressure. I have come to find the A/C just has a weak (magnetic) clutch.

They don't sell junk here. Every vehicle is in good shape and ready to go. They make every reasonable check to make sure their vehicles are dependable. They all have a clear car fax and they all come with a 90 day or 3000 mile power train warranty up to $1,000. Torx does not do their own in house financing. This is not a tote the note. They only facilitate the sale. They say you can get a better loan yourself than what they could give you. Anyway, I like my van. When I ran a blue book on it, it was in line with the price they were asking. The blue book did not take into account the $3,000 worth of shelves and hardware it was outfitted with, so that was basically free to me.
