    My airbag light started flashing on Sunday. I called Nissan on Monday - could not get me in until Thursday. Life saving airbag issue and they could not get me in for 4 days. I have a 7 am appointment. Service manager could not find my scheduled appt. Took 15 minutes to check in despite having all my info before arrival, being 15 min early, and being first in line. Despite already having a diagnostic report, I am informed I will be charged for $179 diagnostics. The customer portal indicates that it should be ready by noon. Noon comes and goes with no update, no phone call, no estimate. I call, use the portal, leave a message. "they still don't have a report from the tech." TWO hours later, I call again, leave another message, and text the portal. NO RESPONSE. I call the main service number. They put me on hold 11 minutes and then the call transfers to voice mail. I call the main desk again. I am transferred to the cashier to see if any charges have been loaded to my invoice. No answer. Another voice mail. Long story short. 8 hours they have my vehicle, do not communicate, do not answer the phone, do not respond to messages or texts, do not figure out the problem, and charge me $95 for the privilege. THIS IS WHY I AVOID DEALERSHIPS. I hope I never again have to resort to bringing my car to Wolfchase Nissan.

    I was in search for a new car. I had my heart set on another maxima. My husband found this one online and scheduled an appointment. When we pulled up and got out our car, a salesman came and spoke to Us. He jst said, I will be right back n imma take care of you. Let me tell you, I gad never experienced such a smooth and honest transition. Mr. Booker T. Johnson had salesman of the month and plaques on his desk, he earned them!! He was AWESOME.. I got the car, I WANTED and for a price I was comfortable with. No haggling. No buyer regret..N its mine...plz ask for Mr. Booker T. I promise you won't regret it..

    After Wolfchase Nissan "changed" my oil.... I may not be a car person but that is 100 percent not new oil! This dealership is a scam

    The people providing service were nice. The reason I am giving a poor review is i paid $160 to find out what was wrong with my 2014 Nissan Juke. They told me transmission and engine were failing and it could be 4,000 to 12,000 to fix. I thought it was odd considering the car has had zero issues (other than one bad cylinder) up to this point. They said they changed the oil and sent me on my way. I went to get a second opinion at another dealership where i was going to trade in and buy a new car from them. They said everything looked fine and I just needed some more transmission fluid and that my oil was never actually changed at the previous dealership and showed me the oil was black on the dip stick and told me it is supposed to be an amber color...... I do not know which dealership to believe at this point but I am upset to have paid $160 to be told my car was totaled from wolf chase Nissan and went to another dealership where they put in more transmission fluid for $80 and it is running perfectly now?!? I feel scammed and feel it was to get me to buy a new car... that is just how i honestly feel about this dealership and plan to avoid buying any Nissans in the future since this is the second car they have told me I have had this exact same issue on two nissan cars now. GET A SECOND OPINION IF THIS PLACE TELLS YOU YOUR CAR IS FAILING AND TO BUY A NEW CAR!

    Kudos to Martavion at Wolfchase Honda…read more He and Abdul, the Service Manager, have shown nothing but patience and professionalism with me. The service manager (Abdul) came out personally to greet customers, and when I shared my concerns, he made sure I was fully taken care of. I've been calling because I was still having issues with my brakes, and not once did they become impatient with me. They always returned my calls when I left voicemails and made sure my concerns were addressed. Hopefully everything is finally resolved and I won't have to bother them anymore about this issue If you're looking for great service, go see Martavion at Wolfchase Honda and tell him Celia sent you!     This is a dishonest dealership with Bait-and-Switch Pricing…read more I recently attempted to purchase my mom a vehicle from this dealership and was completely disappointed by their dishonest sales tactics. They advertised a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid online with an Internet Price of $35,410--including a listed dealer discount--but when I got to the dealership, they claimed the price was $36,925, conveniently ignoring their own advertised discount. This is a classic bait-and-switch move to lure in customers with lower prices only to push a higher price once you're there. Even when I showed them proof of the online price, they were unwilling to honor it, offering no reasonable explanation. If you value transparency and honesty, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that won't waste your time with misleading advertising. Listed below are the salesmen that I spoke with: *Salesman: Jerry Hughes *Manager: Tim McCray UPDATE: As an update, we purchased the exact same car from SOUTHAVEN HONDA and had a much better experience. We were in and out in just over an hour. The team was professional, fair and more than willing to negotiate. The car was listed at $36K and we purchased it for 33K. Take your business to Southaven Honda and ask for Clayton. You will get a GREAT deal!
