Had a new engine put in many months ago. I have had to bring my car back 4 times due to sensors going crazy and the car trying to lose power and stall. They have terrible communication (none really). My experience spans over MONTHS. They have had my car off and on forever now. I have had it for a total of 4 days in that time period (first drop off end of summer. 2nd time October 28, it is now Dec1). Since the first trip this has been my experience. And I have only had the car two and a half years. 1st time - kept it 14 days, said they could not get it to act up, had me pick it up. 2nd time said they could not find an issue and wanted me to pick it up, after 21 days and me TRYING to contact anyone, I FINALLY got to speak with the GM. I let him know they eventually were to replace my transmission under warranty. They gave me a completion date, no phone call. My husband had to drive there and look someone in the eye to get an answer. All the parts did not come in and we were NEVER told. We expected to pick our car up on Wednesday, this was Thursday. They asked my husband to bring in his key fob. He had to ask why, they guy said to reprogram it. My husband again asked why, that is when they told him they lost my key fob! We were finally contacted on the following Thursday it was ready. THIS IS AFTER 22 DAYS. Drove it 4 days and it did the exact thing I had originally brought it in for. Brought it back the following Monday. The GM drove it himself a total of 100 miles. It acted out for him and a mechanic who was with him. They determined it was a sensor issue that needed to be "adjusted'. I got the car back on the following Saturday for it to act up by that afternoon!!! We just dropped it off this morning at 6:30 for the FOURTH time. This is getting old; I need my car. We have owned 5 Nissans and never had this kind of issue. I am now really not even wanting it anymore because I am concerned it will NEVER be repaired correctly. We paid it off early. I am sooooooo upset. I am so done! I cannot afford another car. My airbag light started flashing on Sunday. I called Nissan on Monday - could not get me in until Thursday. Life saving airbag issue and they could not get me in for 4 days. I have a 7 am appointment. Service manager could not find my scheduled appt. Took 15 minutes to check in despite having all my info before arrival, being 15 min early, and being first in line. Despite already having a diagnostic report, I am informed I will be charged for $179 diagnostics. The customer portal indicates that it should be ready by noon. Noon comes and goes with no update, no phone call, no estimate. I call, use the portal, leave a message. "they still don't have a report from the tech." TWO hours later, I call again, leave another message, and text the portal. NO RESPONSE. I call the main service number. They put me on hold 11 minutes and then the call transfers to voice mail. I call the main desk again. I am transferred to the cashier to see if any charges have been loaded to my invoice. No answer. Another voice mail. Long story short. 8 hours they have my vehicle, do not communicate, do not answer the phone, do not respond to messages or texts, do not figure out the problem, and charge me $95 for the privilege. Had a terrible experience with a used car. Salesman was nice and then it went downhill. Six days after driving car off lot, my daughter who is a single mom trying to go to school downtown, noticed drivers side front tire going low. She took back to dealership and they told her she had hit something and would need a new rim at the low price of $960.00 and a new tire for $240.00. BS at its finest. Please avoid these guys at all costs. She hit nothing and i feel rim was bent and they covered it up. Rear tire has an aftermarket rim and both were probably damaged before. The people providing service were nice. The reason I am giving a poor review is i paid $160 to find out what was wrong with my 2014 Nissan Juke. They told me transmission and engine were failing and it could be 4,000 to 12,000 to fix. I thought it was odd considering the car has had zero issues (other than one bad cylinder) up to this point. They said they changed the oil and sent me on my way. I went to get a second opinion at another dealership where i was going to trade in and buy a new car from them. They said everything looked fine and I just needed some more transmission fluid and that my oil was never actually changed at the previous dealership and showed me the oil was black on the dip stick and told me it is supposed to be an amber color...... I do not know which dealership to believe at this point but I am upset to have paid $160 to be told my car was totaled from wolf chase Nissan and went to another dealership where they put in more transmission fluid for $80 and it is running perfectly now?!? I feel scammed and feel it was to get me to buy a new car... that is just how i honestly feel about this dealership and plan to avoid buying any Nissans in the future since this is the second car they have told me I have had this exact same issue on two nissan cars now. I dropped my vehicle off to get a oil change and tire rotation around 11am. Since I purchased my vehicle in March, the oil change and tire rotation was free. Gave them my information and left. We ate breakfast and went to the mall because we had some shopping to do. Before we realized it, it was 5:22pm. So I called and was like hey I didn't realize what time it was I need to get my vehicle. The receptionist was like the service department close at 5pm, you will jade to wait til Monday to get your vehicle. I yelled THEY CLOSED AT 5PM AND NO ONE CALLED TO INFORM ME THAT MY VEHICLE WAS READY!? The receptionist was like she was not sure why or what happened, but they open back up at 7am. After us going back and forth, I told her I needed to speak with a supervisor. (This when she started getting rude) she was like, I have nothing to do with the service department and there is no one that can help you. She didn't try talking to anyone to try to help me. She hung up in my face SEVERAL TIMES! She even TRANSFER ME TO A RANDOM PERSON NUMBER!! So I called her back and asked who she transferred me too. She couldn't even answer the question! They do try to work with you when they find something that needs your attention and they will give you coupons to help with the cost. My car runs well and I refuse to take it any place else. When the vehicle developed mechanical problems outside of Nashville, Mr. Bond (the rental mgr at Wolfchase) helped locate a dealership that was on my route and made all necessary arrangements for me to drop off their vehicle and continue on my way in another vehicle. I know it's early morning so I expected a wait(even brought some work to finish). My husband simply asked Caesar 3hrs later how much longer will it be until my car is finished. He responded by walking off and being nonchalant about the situation. He never looked at us in the face only brushed us off so we can get out of his face. When I entered the service center on Saturday (Dec-02) morning at 8:00 AM, I was greeted by the express service adviser Mr.Daniel to make a note of issues with my Nissan Quest. He noted everything with care and requested regular service adviser Mr.Larry Poe to get the additional details for allocating the technician. I expected that Mr.Larry would also be very caring like Mr.Daniel to hear my issues and work towards addressing them. However contrary to my expectation, Mr.Larry was too rude when I started listing the issues in my van. He didn't even listen to them properly and kept responding that it would take $120 to look into each issue. I was deeply disappointed and hurt with his unpleasant approach and poor attitude towards a customer like me. For a moment, I thought of cancelling the service and going to another Nissan dealer. However Mr.Daniel apologized to me and my wife on behalf of Mr.Larry and recorded all our issues with due care and patience. He really helped to make our experience better. Our sincere appreciations to Mr.Daniel for providing a better customer experience. . For sure, I would not prefer to be attended by Mr.Larry in my future service requirements (if I choose to visit here again). He made our day very bad with his unprofessional and unpleasant attitude in the morning, exhibiting extremely poor customer focus. We were in the market for a specific Armada so I did an online inquiry to ensure the actual car was there prior to driving two hours to go look at the car. The internet sales person verified it all. Upon arrival we discovered that he had mixed features up and it was a similar car but not the actual car. They were accommodating in trying to find the car we wanted from another dealership to trade. We were okay with that. They presented us with a price for the car that was reasonable. Ten minutes later the salesperson returned and said they made a mistake but the price was actually $3K higher. Then they went to look at the payoff of our car to trade and what they would offer. He asked if we could make a deal and I said we needed to get closer on the numbers. He came back and said sorry and handed me my keys back. They didn't want to talk payment or work together in any way. We have still bought the car that day even at the price we were just negotiating but they preferred to lose the sale. Later the Internet salesperson text me to see where we were on the deal. I text him the events that took place and then he stopped texting and did not reply. I would not recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle. It's unfortunate. They literally just cut off communication because they made too many mistakes. There was no attempt to an agreement, they didn't even offer financing or another car. It was literally, "here are your keys, goodbye". No apology or explanation. Literally kicked to the curb based on a series of Nissan mistakes. What you aren't hearing is that if there was good customer service we still would have paid your final offer. Had a 7:30 appt. today. Got there on time. Sat in the waiting room watching cars/people come and go, (for 2 hrs.) but my car sat in the same place in the parking lot. Talked to the service guy & was given the pat answer that they're still working on cars from last night. They were SO sorry. Waited again, watching more cars/people leave. Again, they apologized (different guy) and said they were working on cars from last night! Waited again and had to ask about my car (which was still in the same place in the parking lot). All I was having done was the two car fobs weren't working. They fixed the problem and said I was ready to go. Tried both fobs and only one worked. They apologized and said to leave the fob in the cup holder & they'd fix it. Had to wait for them yet again, but they did fix both of them. I will never go back to Wolfchase Nissan and I wouldn't recommend their service dept. to anyone. read more

I had my 2009 Nissan Maxima towed there in December or 2019 as it had overheated and would not restart. The result of it overheating resulted in the head gasket getting blown. I was quoted around 4K to fix it and I was told that was for an engine replacement. When I questioned why, I was informed the cost to replace the head gasket wasn't much less then the cost of engine so that was the recommend course of action. I agreed and a couple of weeks later when I went to pick up the car as I looked at the invoice i noticed it was for a head gasket replacement. When I questioned the Service Advisor and she said the engine was in fact replaced. I told her not according to the invoice and then she went to speak to the mechanic and have him talk me and he confirmed that the head gasket was in fact replaced. If I would have been told at the onset that it was 4K for the head gasket I might not have done it since the car was already 10 years old.. I sent emails to the dealership as well as the service manager and had left voicemail. My phone call not emails were ever returned. I don't know if what they did was a bait and switch or just a clueless service advisor but the fact no one would return my emails or phone call told me enough about the dealership to know I would never be back there for anything ever again. I was given the estimate over the phone but at least after this experience I will alway get any repair quotes needed in writing from now on. read more

Paid $1300 for a repair that they claim they did a diagnosis for and pulled off the lot and couldn't make it past the Tesla exit. They refused to pay my money back and later told me "oh hey we did another diagnosis and now it's your transmission!" WTF . Had to argue with the service manager and still no money back. I really want to take legal action because who wants to pay for something that was not fixed. I had to creep my car back to their lot after waiting 20mins for it to get a little roll in it. Waiting another month for them to fix it for real this time. Now 5months later my transmission is out again. All because they put old parts in it. I think it was done purposely because of the altercation we had in the office about my problem not being fixed and being out of $1300for nothing. Now they've had my car going on two months for the same issue as before. I honestly hate them and hate I ever got my car from them because now I'm stuck sending them my car every time I need something covered by my extended warranty. Went in to get the oil changed, tires rotated, wipers replaced, and cabin filter replaced. My service took about 2 hours. I was able to work at a table and use their free wi-fi, so it wasn't too bad of a wait. They have complimentary water, tea, and coffee also that you can drink while you wait. Both the service advisor and cashier were friendly. They take competitors coupons which is nice and they give you a coupon to get a free car wash at the dealership also which is nice. They did try to get me to perform an unnecessary service on my car, but I just refused and they didn't push. read more

I got my GT-R serviced here recently and the service was great. They even gave me a complimentary oil change. I guess the only thing that made me uncomfortable was from what I read on the GT-R forums. They were suppose to give me additional paperwork for my Performance Optimization Services. They were suppose to provide me with information for a different alignment, and show me my current camber settings. None were provided. The service advisor and the technician told me that in the 2015, those extra services are no longer needed. read more
