They hold a near monopoly in the area, yet their subscription system crashes frequently and causes repeated service interruptions. The larger concern is the lack of accountability at the local management level. In my experience, issues occurring behind the scenes are not acknowledged or addressed, which leaves customers without clear answers or support. In contrast, Irene in customer service has been consistently helpful, professional, and solution focused. For the long term health of the customer experience, leadership may want to consider aligning management with the level of service Irene provides.

And yes: Ethel Mae gets a little too! What I also like about this place (besides ice cream) is the staff is awesome! Always very friendly and helpful. This place gets busy and there can be a line. The cooler door was locked and I casually went up to the counter and I said hey I can't get into the cooler. There was a cashier lady there and then there was a guy who claimed to be the manager he said they're open they're open I said okay thanks. I went back to the cooler it was locked. I thought I'll try this once more. I could tell he had some kind of issues going on cuz he was agitated from the get-go maybe an unrelated event I don't know. I said sir the cooler is locked we hit the button we hit the button. I checked again it was locked I turned around I said no biggie I'm going to the other store meaning the QuikTrip down the street I said you guys will have a long day if you can't get those cooler doors open kiddingly. He started to scream and yell from across the store get the hell out of my store right now I said excuse me he said get out of my store I am going to post a comment on every social media site every Business site anything I can do that guy if he is a so-called manager needs to be fired Walnut Street QuikTrip Green Bay I was in disbelief so as far as I'm concerned quick trip I'm done with all QuikTrips so is my family and any friend of mine I can explain this story to that is absolutely wrong I felt like two cents getting yelled at in front of the other customers in the store.

Whenever I go to pick up my medication at the 24 hour one on military and Shawna Avenue in Green Bay, first they tell me I don't have any medication's there usually that's what they say and then I tell them I do and then they say to hold on a minute and then usually when they come back, they tell me there's some kind of problem with the doctors Notes or my insurance and this happens every time so of course I start getting frustrated because I have to explain to them every time that this happens to me all the time and then so when I go back the next time they don't like me so they wait five minutes to wait on me and there's nobody else in the drive-through at that time I didn't notice that the girl that was waiting on me that did this to me does not work there anymore thank God, but she worked there longer than a day and that was too long so I just wish that they would be a little more selective on the hiring that they do. I will no longer go to Walgreens pharmacies. To top it off usually they're super rude to me and it's not every one of them by any means, but it is always rough and they have a bad reputation of doing this to people as I talk to other people in the community about Walgreens pharmacies. When Yelp-Steve-O was a little boy my grandpa owned a Dino Shell. I remember sitting on the concrete Dino. It was a big deal in small town America which makes this place a classic. Literally, takes me back to a kid. On the main drag next to the GB Packer Stadium. They got it all. Of corse beer. Well and gas. They even have a car wash! Woooowwwww. No really. Wow. On one particular occasion one of the employees were on a cal and proceeded to have a whole conversation while processing my transaction.
