Bad customer service, bad management, bad accounting, treats employees like they are to be used not respected.

First and foremost, I was greeted immediately, but not greeted like the typical used car salesman that follows you around the store. I met Sue, who was extremely kind and very knowledgeable about the pieces in their showroom. I immediately knew I was in the right place, as there was nothing in that store that I did not like. This comes from a picky person. I was in awe of the beautifully crafted and modern furniture. I wanted one of each! Alas, I took one look at a price tag and gasped! They are a bit on the high end, but SO IS THEIR FURNITURE! It far surpasses any furniture store I have ever visited. I spoke to Sue about my needs and she listened intently; a virtue many salesmen lack (me included!). When Sue took me to the back of the showroom and introduced me to the Ekornes line, I KNEW she cared! I was sold at that moment. You see, I have had major back pain that basically runs my life. Sue explained how these recliners are focused on the lumbar spine and actually give it relief. She was absolutely right. I sat on a chair and reclined ... I almost fell asleep. Needless to say I purchased one knowing that it was well worth every penny since my health comes first. The furniture is made in Norway so after choosing the color I liked, I paid a deposit and left. I was so excited about the cool color I chose that I completely forgot that it wouldn't go with anything I owned. I called back and Sue was with a customer. However, Rosa said she would be happy to assist me. She was very kind, and it was obvious these ladies work as a team for the benefit of the owner. Rosa actually took pictures of the different colors and sent them to me so I could choose. Since then, I have mostly dealt with Rosa, who takes me as seriously as if I were one of her own clients. I am incredibly grateful to these ladies for their hard work and their sincerity. THAT is what keeps a business successful. People who listen and people who CARE! Thank you to the owners of Bova, who recognize it's the people; not the pieces of gorgeous furniture, that will continue to lead them to success. Since I've met Sue and Rosa, I would feel too guilty shopping anywhere else! These ladies deserve to be recognized for their dedication and hard work!

It was pretty cool and all but every third page it would randomly print out a page from a Redbook article someone copied one time back in 2011 from our lobby. I guess Redbook is cool and all but I really am well informed on Angelina Jolie's makeup routine from Tomb Raider after having seen it so many times. (incidentally, this is back when she was hot and not a ghoul) So anyway, the yellowish-beige Compaq scanner thing we had wasn't doing an adequate job of copying Suzie from the mail room's buttcheeks because there was a line down the page every time and we got sick of it. Also it was doing a terrible job of businessing when we print spreadsheets and emails out to save the environment. I mean, have you ever tried to zoom in on a spreadsheet when you print it out and it's all pixelated and then there's a blurry smear from Suzie's buttcheeks (gah she needs to shower I hate that chick) and you can't read the depreciation figure from the q3 2004 p&l? Unacceptable. She does that EVERY DAY after taking a few pulls from that Jim Beam flask she thinks we don't know about in her drawer. So anyway, we hit the Yellow Pages and called all of the copier companies in the book. I kept asking for a new Compaq fax machine and they all laughed at me. But when I got AOT on the phone they were great. I mean, I had a hard time getting through the automated attendant because my rotary phone didn't really work right. I pressed 9 and then it was all CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK but finally I got through. They came out to our office and removed the old Compaq machine (they were wearing gloves - have I mentioned Suzie needs a shower?) and then they replaced it with a badass new Compaq copier*. Plus we were able to get Suzie to take a damn shower because when she copied her buttcheeks all of the, er, issues were in clear 4k color glory so we were also able to clear up her hygiene issues which was nice. And spreadsheets are sharp, clear, and glorious. Who knew Comic Sans looked so great in high definition??? Highly recommend AOT 10/10 for copiers and other office machines along these lines. Which is a way higher Yelp rating than boating, which is a terrible financial decision. 0/10 on boating, would not recommend and Yelp will certainly continue to hear about Bass Pro Shops from me. *They TOLD me it was Compaq and I was excited but it was really a Kyocera with a lot of buttons and screens on it, but they taped a Compaq logo on it so I felt better.
