I had to make some returns for Amazon & AT&T so I stopped by this UPS store. Just my luck -- their Internet went down when I was there so the employees were scrambling. I could tell they were drowning. Despite the chaos, this one employee was super kind enough to help me with my Amazon return. He told me it's an offline return but he can scan it when it goes back on. Unfortunately, I would have to wait until tomorrow for the AT&T return. I tried not letting it bug me because the employee was trying to be super helpful. I returned the next day and another employee was able to help me with the AT&T return very quickly. Everyone here was super kind -- I know there's not much to review about UPS stores but I was impressed with the service here. Needed to have some papers printed and notarized kind of early in the morning. It was suggested that we try a UPS store for this although the papers needed to be sent FedEx. There's plenty of parking as this location is located in a shopping mall right next to a grocery store. When we arrived, the salesperson asked what was needed and was very courteous. While the papers printed, other customers came in. Another customer needed a paper notarized as well. Instead of having to wait for the one notary to finish with that customer, another salesperson came out and notarized the forms for us. The cost for these services was less than I thought it would be. The salesperson even directed us to the nearest FedEx drop off as we were on a time crunch. The store was clean and smelled fresh. The staff at this location has gone above and beyond with their customer service. My package shipped out of this location was damaged by UPS as it traveled from GA to WA through no fault of this store. Corporate UPS damage claims fought us tooth and nail to get it resolved, if not for the help of Kim and her staff we probably would still be fighting with UPS Corp. I've used this store for 6 years, and likely never will again! Previous staff was much better, they lost great team members! My past few attempted transactions with this location have been atrocious, Horribly slow, and they seem to be price gouging like nothing I've ever seen before. Last time, they wanted to charge me something like $60-$70 to ship a lightweight small book 10-14 day, slowest delivery. When I said forget that, I'll just return it on Amazon app and u can send it back to THEM for free, they suddenly said, "ohhhh what did u say it was again? A book? A published one??? I guess we can do it for $12.00!" That's quite a big price drop! And maybe you should let your staff know books generally come in published form. Geez. Today, I attempted to send a regular Ole birthday card, in-state, priority mail/ 2-day shipping. Employee said it was $68.00-$80.00 were my 2 options. For a card!!!!! You MUST be kidding me! I questioned it and she assured me that's the cost! Her attitude that she couldn't possibly care less. I have seen first hand that they charge a ridiculously high price, then drop it if they have to. This IS ABSOLUTE PRICE GOUGING! Is management training their employees to gouge customers over fair pricing? Under new management??? It sure seems that way from what I have personally seen and experienced. Their old staff never behaved in this manor. I would suggest corporate take a look at their store. Or maybe some governmental oversight committees??? Either way, take your business anywhere but here if you value your hard-earned money and time! Incompetent. Rude. Don't own up to mistakes of returning a package I sent there. Blamed driver and said that UPS tracking information is incorrect. Sometimes being an advocate for coworkers and your company say a lot about people. Blaming the drivers and the corporation is rude and most likely mirrors the managers integrity. I wish that I'd gotten the guys name that works in there but I didn't. Younger guy dark dark hair. Doesn't smile and He never says hello or greets you. Honestly I don't even expect "customer service" from any busines nowadays. I think that's a thing of the past. But it's just human decency to say hello to someone who's walking up to you. I was there a month ago. Karen (I believe is her name) is the owner. The staff member was helpful but Karen didn't act much like an owner. I had an appointment and when I visited she had no clue that I had one. She deferred me to one of her staff for a new mailbox as if she was too busy to deal with me. He certainly tried to assist but since she's the owner/manager I would have expected her to set it up my mailbox and guide him through it. What I disliked the most was her inconsistency. Her flyer indicated that I could get a medium mailbox for one price. She quoted me a higher price. And when I indicated that the flyer indicated the lower price she rudely stated that it's printed up wrong and they will have to fix the flyer. She was unable to provide a clear rationale. And talked to me as if I wasn't getting it. I assumed it was a Corporate flyer but I guess it wasn't and that they can make up the rules as they go. read more

I have done business with the UPS store for the past 6 years. I not only do business with them through school booster clubs, but I also have a business account there as well. The staff is always friendly and very professional and willing to help. I have had yard signs and banners made there, copies done and packages shipped. They are my go to store. Brad is highly unpleasant. I visited this location to make two Amazon returns and he was short with me and frustrated that my QBR Code didn't immediately load on my phone. Just came from the UPS store and I was ignored. I was the last customer in there and granted I was on the phone but one of the lady's looked at me and continued working on packages. She didn't ask me if I was ready or to just give her a moment, no nothing. Fortunately her coworker saw me and asked if she could help and was very polite but the other lady was very rude and I felt I was not helped properly due to my appearance. read more

Went in to get a document notarized. The ladies were very nice and attentive. It was a fast an easy process. $2 for a notary and if you want the document faxed it's $1 per page. I would definitely come back to this location for any notary services I may need. read more
