Upon returning the items there were completely different sales people and the woman insisted that I pay the late fee for the 1 tux even after explaining everything, so I gave her the $20 fee in cash then she demanded another $1.40 for tax on the late fee. After being in airports and airplanes all day then returning the items to avoid the fees only to be charged... I was exhausted and only wanted to get home. My tux was coming apart at the hems while wearing it and they provided shoes which were way too small for the groom's son, his feet were actually bigger than the shoes... Very disappointed with this particular rental experience.

Today I called and said I had limited amount of time because I'm going out of town and just needed to see if my measurements were the same. Eric said "no problem, come on in". As soon as I walked in Eric grabbed me, brought me to the changing room where my suit was already waiting for me. I was in and out and paid in less than 7 minutes on my lunch break. Thanks Eric!

It is a long indoor strip that is fairly easy to walk from end to end. We stopped in for a few quick retail visits and arrived right when the mall opened, which was ideal since it was not crowded and stores were just opening. Everyone we encountered was pleasant. At the entrance, there was security present in a vehicle that patrols the area, which adds a sense of safety. The mall is clean and conveniently has the shops we wanted to visit all in one place. There are multiple directories available at the entrances and in several other areas throughout the mall. While we do not shop at the mall often, when we do, this is our most visited mall location.

Overall the worst display of management knowledge, conveyance of information and corporate policy /…read moreregulation knowledge. The manager (Victoria - if she really was the manager on duty) proved to not know corporate policy and insisted on making her own policies on the spot in regards to returns. My wife bought a shirt 4 days ago and noticed there was a hole under the sleeve (receipt was thrown away). As we went into the store to ask for a simple exchange since the shirts were right in front of us on a display, Victoria proceeds to say that she needs a receipt in order to do an exchange. We still stated, that the time was defective, and we just want an equal exchange. She refused and said this is store policy. As we left, I looked up the corporate exchange policy, (pictured below), I saw that she was incorrect and went back into to the store and asked how well she knew corporate policies. Her statement, pretty well, as I proceeded to show her what the corporate policy stated. As I was just directly pinpointing she was incorrect, she took that as being confrontational and said this was her store and her policy which trumps corporate policy. (Making up her own policy) I called corporate, and they agreed as to her handling of the issue was not in line with corporate policy. Still did not get an exchange; however the manager at this location proves to just collect a paycheck as opposed to understanding the corporate vision and mission statement and knowing truly the roles and responsibilities of a "manager".

Well... what an awesome place this is! And the prices are fantastic! In fact, my daughter was at the outlet stores in Orlando this past weekend and the goggles were $10, but we bought two for $15 at TiLLY'S today. This store has a large selection of backpacks and lunch bags. See my photos! And Lani, who by the way, is just the greatest ever, said they are getting a new shipment in for back to school [Aug. 15th]. Speaking of, they have a section of clearance items at 30% off, and a lot of clothes, shoes, and accessories throughout the large, but crowded store. I really don't mind the trade off though because they have a lot of variety to fit within the allotted space. I made a mental picture of a few things we both liked, and we will be going back (Lord willing] this coming weekend! TiLLY'S is very accessible.
