Found this place here on Yelp...so glad I did! Very personable service...a mom and pop type of business! She brought out so many samples of colors to choose from (had more, but I didn't want too much confusion with my final choice!) Then she got on the computer to show me several different fonts that I could choose from. I chose one, but didn't like the apostrophe that came with the font I liked so she found an apostrophe I liked. Awesome service and if I need any more embroidery done, I'd certainly come back. We were doing a benefit softball game for the VA Hospital and, well, we didn't find out until about 3 weeks before the game! Our order was only for 30 t-shirts and hats, but they didn't have a problem with the small order and were on top of us to get the artwork over, etc. Terri is great at following up! I came here 2 days before Christmas with a stack of towels I wanted to get embroidered in time for Christmas. Terri was welcoming, genuinely kind, and actually had them done right then and there! I wasn't there f or long, but it was so clear to see what a sweet little lady she is.. and she took the time to make sure that the embroidery proof was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I came here based on previous reviews that had been posted on yelp. Especially since one posted they received fast service mine took about a week in a half for 4 items with my name on it . First off let me say that the lady Sara that helped me was very kind. But when I picked my order up I was not shown the finished product. I was only given a bag with my items inside. When I got home I saw that for one of my items was to have block lettering and my it was actually not even close the lady put times roman font. Another was supposed to be script but on the paper that was given to her it said cursive which is not the same as script. Another was to have a pink ladies lettering and that as well doesn't look like it at all and is way too thin. The thing that really got me more was my order said that it was to be on the left corner and instead all of my items are in the center. I dropped off an additional item when I went to pick up my first order not knowing what the outcome was of my initial order. I asked for the pirates of the carribean lettering and now I'm wondering if I should have left it. Also, the interfacing on the back of the items was not trimmed. It looks like I have to go back to driving a lengthy distance to go get high quality for an affordable price. The place I went previously actually has contracts with major companies and only would charge me about 3-5 bucks for the particular item I wanted and they showed you the product upon pick up and the back of my item was trimmed as to look professionally done. I'm sad I was hoping this would be my new place to go. read more
