This is a nightmare. They did such a poor job, they failed…read moremold clearance test. Mold levels tested higher than the initial test. Even worse, new molds were present after their remediation, including the highly toxic black mold, Stachybotrys! What was supposed to be a 2 or 3 day job turned into a month. Wet materials stayed wet for over two weeks until EZ removed them. EZ Restoration would not follow the mold removal protocol issued by Air Quality Experts. I kept asking over and over, and they just wouldn't do it. Mordechai gave me an extremely hard time about following the basic remediation. Mold containment plastic sheeting wasn't secured properly and contaminated other area of home. Used masking tape to adhere it to a popcorn ceiling (it didn't hold). Didn't see any demolished material bagged up to remove safely. They carried pieces out the front door as is, through the uncontaminated area (now contaminated per mold test). Mordey and his partner Mendi, claimed they HEPA vacuumed floors and did a sanitizing wipe down on all surfaces, but debris and heavy dust are on all the floors, furniture and personal items. Last week, they came back and painted over the studs, inside walls, even debris that should have been removed. Suppressing mold (artificially lowering the mold count on next mold test) and now trapping it in my home. I regret listening to my public adjusters recommendation of this company. He arranged for EZ Restoration to come and do the work. Please, don't make my mistake.

They removed the old tiles & the paper under the tiles down to the plywood and took away the old gutters also. They were neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. Any bad plywood on the roof was replaced with new wood. They were very thorough and efficient. New tiles were stacked on the roof. No heavy trucks were used on the driveway. No damage to property.
