Mold levels were greatly exagerrated and some moisture issues were completely wrong. False positive readings of a moisture meter necessitated us taking down an entire wall that turned out to be bone dry. Pipes give moisture meters bad readings, Air Quality knew or should have known this. Our ductwork , according to the A/C, was the finest installation he'd ever seen. Air Quality led us to believe it was a toxic waste dump. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Facts : Mr Baranzani spent 4 hours in our house Mr Baranzani left us his business card Mr Branzani did not return our calls. Moisture meters do NOT detect mold. Moisture meters are inaccurate when walls have metal studs, nails, and wires. We were NOT advised of potential inaccuracies. We acted on his findings and needlessly spends hundreds of dollars demolishing a wall and now have to repair it. Mr Baranzani took dozens of pictures of his moisture meter readings in front of walls with metal pipes showing excessively high readings. Had we acted on his guesswork, we would be out thousands of dollars. The "possibility" of moisture is a worthless generalization. New Facts : 'Readings can vary" They didnt vary at the time of the inspection. This is what lawyers call " the appearance of impropriety"

Chance was always there to answer my text and or emails. However, the work itself was awful. Everything from the kitchen was suppose to be individually cleaned and placed into a box due to the toxicity of the fire smut. However everything was just tossed (literally) into boxes. Broken glassware among other things. Some items were just placed in random spots in the garage. I've been finding them for 4 months now. Nothing was cleaned well, most items still had the powder from the fire extinguisher. Staples were left in the wall, crown molding was damaged, paint was damaged from the tape used, and the adhesive was left on wall & floors. After everything was said and done, the toxicity test still showed an elevated level. All that being said, when I contacted a claim adjuster they said they heard of fides, and he does great work, just not for fires. Which was my experience.

The staff from 24/7 Service Pros was very helpful and prompt. They immediately inspected the spot I thought was mold and informed me it was just a mark from some welding the previous tenant had done on the AC unit. They also provided some general recommendations to help prevent any mold in the future but confirmed we didn't need their service at this time.
