I guarantee I was not aggressive or unreasonable. I waited there almost 4 hours to be seen. I was told to expect an hour or an hour and half for my visit, which was why I didn't bring a water bottle (not using their water fountain for obvious reasons), and didn't bring my meds. I was so wrong. And the mistreatment I received made it feel much much worse. I hated that place. The second visit, albeit against my will to ever step in that facility, was much better. The time it took was more like an hour as expected. The front desk person had much better professionalism and the process was fast and easy. Either way, I wish nobody will have to step in there and deal with the challenges that may come with the situation.
