I had the best experience with Khashayar at Express Fix Computers! He fixed my Apple Watch within 2 days. I had originally taken my Apple Watch to Best Buy and they said they couldn't do anything to repair it, but would replace it for $250. I brought my watch to Khashayar and he fixed it for me! I was shocked and happy! Thank you so much for the best service I could ask for. I recommend this business for those who need their tech fixed and don't want to spend an arm and leg to do so!

We were thinking about purchasing a new laptop and decided to first take a couple of older ones that we haven't used in 1-5 years to get evaluated. The better one that was only used about a year was a Lenovo Think Pad and the other one was a Dell. We were very pleased by Kal's opinion and service on both computers. He refreshed them with new hard drives and with newer versions of Windows. We didn't have an appointment and he finished them in one afternoon. He honors a 1year warranty and the cost was about 1/2 of what we would have spent on one inexpensive laptop. We will be returning for any of our computer needs and highly recommend this small local business owner! Thank you Kal!

I had a broken screen and the company was going to charge me 3 times more than what this place charged me for the same exact problem! And the process would've taken 3-4 weeks. Kambiz and Ray were very friendly and helpful and got the job done in only a few days. My new screen is the same exact model of what the laptop originally came with and you can't tell there was anything wrong with it. They did a clean job. This place is overall Helpful, has friendly staff, fair prices, and fast. 10/10 would recommend.

I visited this place last Saturday because my computer wasn't turning on and it's my life. I went to a couple different stores and they said that they weren't able to do a data recovery and I found out that this store does. When I entered their store I could see that it clean and presentable. They said they would do a free diagnostic on my laptop and would call me later to let me know what was wrong. They called me a little later and confirmed that they could recover my laptop's data and asked if I was interested in upgrading my drive to a 'ssd' I believe. I agreed to it and arranged to pick up my laptop today. I got a low price for my laptop and it's so much faster now and I can honestly say that I'm great til they fixed my computer. If I ever have anymore computer issues I'll be definitely dropping by their store. read more

Wow. This place is amazing. Got my MacBook fixed in two days. They do actual diagnostics where they probe the boards and figure out exactly what's wrong, all for free (Unlike Apple). Price was so much better than Apple. Kam was super friendly and professional. Thank you! read more

Service was fast, but as I feared, they use poor aftermarket LCD screens to fix iPhones. My phone now has a blue tint on it and the screen isn't always responsive. UPDATE: Accidentally dropped my phone, and the protective glass screen cover they gave to me for checking in on yelp, did no protection. My LCD screen I paid $100 to have fixed cracked UNDER the screen protector given to me. VERY unhappy. read more

They fixed my iPhone X and I am SO happy about my experience here, today. Here's the main stuff: They were about HALF price of the Apple Store They were MUCH FASTER than the Apple Store would be They were VERY compassionate about my anxiety about possibly losing my pictures/videos So very happy I will now be able to sleep tonight because they fixed it. And do NOT worry about the fact they share their space...it's probably why we save so much money at their shop...they're a bunch of guys who know their stuff and take care of us thoroughly If you want to keep reading...here's what happened: I needed my iPhone X's screen replaced because it stopped responding to touch a couple days ago. I was so anxious because I have (had..I downloaded them as soon as I left Express Fix and got to my computer) invaluable photos/videos on there (son's prom pics, senior year sports vids, friend's wedding, etc.). I also hadn't backed up my iPhone for about a year and i KNOW better. When it first started showing signs of not responding to touch occasionally, I should've backed up my phone immediately. My daughters laptop had been broken for a while and I wasn't sure if I would get a new laptop or get it fixed. I saw the reviews online for this store and thought I'd try it out. Kevin and his partner are very nice guys. They are very polite and helpful and answer my every question regarding my Mac and HO printer. It takes them less then one hour to do replacement of battery and screen, so I do not need to come back to their store again for picking it up. These guys were great! I had an iphone with a cracked screen and I called and he told me to just come in and he fixed it in less than an hour. Needless to say they gave me the best rate $ in the area :-). They also guarantee their work and they just want to take care of their customers without taking advantage of them. These guys are the best. I dropped my 2015 13" MacBook Air leaving the upper left corner bent and unable to plug in the charger or usb. I have apple care and even with that apple wanted to charge me almost 500 dollars for parts and service. I brought my MacBook in to Kam for him to give me a quote. Within 12 hours he gave me an Honest and far Quote. They replaced all the broken parts for 1/3 the cost apple wanted. I highly recommend there services to anyone in need of a computer repair. read more

My workplace office Apple desktop computer would not reboot and had been slowing down for quite a while. I tried all of the diagnostic tools by watching "YouTube" to try and fix it myself (learned some interesting things), but could not solve the problem. The computer would still not reboot, and I had a lot of work to do! My boss found Express Fix Computers online, and they are nearby. We dropped off the computer, and had it back, fixed, faster than ever before, and with all my information still intact the very next day by 11:00 am. Very pleased! "Express Fix Computers" is very courteous, and very professional. Kevin seems to know a whole lot about computers and also a lot about fixing cell phones (from what I gathered when talking to him). I got compleatly scammed by this place. I bought a Groupon with them that said "Screen Tempered Glass for iPhone 6" for $15. I took the phone in and they looked at the Groupon and fixed the phone. When I came back to pick up the phone they said it was the wrong Groupon saying it was for a screen protector and wouldn't let me leave with the phone without paying an extra $60! These people pulled a bait and switch and it illegal. I am going to my bank to dispute the charge but in the mean time I am out $75. Don't trust these people, they will scam you. read more

This place is top notch and honest!!! I recently had an issue with my computer crashing after Microsoft automatically downloaded an update. I had to end up taking my computer in to the Microsoft store at the Mission Viejo mall for a diagnostics and repair. After being told that I had a bad Hard Drive as well as a bad Mother Board and CPU, I did not believe them (I will be doing a full review in this store later). After finding Express Fix on the web and all of the good reviews, I picked up my computer from the Microsoft store and went directly to Express Fix. Kevin and Kam told me that there would be no charge to diagnose the computer, and I did not tell them that I already had received a diagnosis from Microsoft. The very next morning they called me to tell me that there was only a corrupt file and that my HD, MB and CPU were all ok. They asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a solid state HD which I agreed to. They fixed the corrupt files(s) installed the new HD, reinstalled my Windows 10, all for a fraction of what Microsoft was quoting me. Within that day, I they had my computer back to me and up and running. Both Kevin and Kam are awesome and honest!! I highly recommend that if you need any computer repair/upgrade that this is the place to go. They also do phones. You cannot go wrong here... and stay away from the Microsoft store in Mission Viejo. I total rip off! read more

About a year or two ago when I lived near Express Fix Computers, I noticed that people couldn't hear me when I spoke on my cell phone. Some places I went to told me that it couldn't be repaired and I had to get a new phone (at a substantial cost). However, Express Fix fixed it for a very reasonable price and within a very reasonable time. The phone still works! Although I since moved to Costa Mesa, I remembered the above experience and that Express Fix also repaired laptops after my laptop screen was recently damaged. I brought my laptop in and Hector did a diagnostic followed by a replacement screen estimate. He also mentioned some alternative options such as buying a new or refurbished laptop. I went to a closer shop to where I live for a second opinion and found that Hector's estimate was competitively reasonable. I returned to Express Fix because I already trusted them and the quality of their work. Reza honored the estimate from Hector and contacted me to tell me it was ready even sooner than he initially estimated. The new screen looks great! I should also mention wait times at the store were minimal and parking was readily available. They're easy to get to from the freeway, so the location is convenient and easy to find/see from El Toro. I highly recommend Express Fix and would definitely keep them in mind in the future myself. Thank you, Express Fix! read more

These guys are absolutely professional, i had a bad hard drive which had all my important stuff such as pictures, important docs and other stuff, suddenly the hard drive stopped working and I panicked that i lost all my data's but i start searching on google about it and i found couple of places which they do the data recovery so i gave them a call and got some quotes which expressfixcomputers was one of them and then i start checking the reviews on these places and i got really interested on people reviews about expressfixcomputers both on google and yelp and i saw a really good feedback on data recovery so i decided to give them a shot and i went to the shop and start talking about my hard situation to kevin and i have to say he is so knowledgeable and i found out them and the another company in Irvine are the only places which they have clean room for hard drives and they can fix the actual hard drive and the other places just use the basic softwares to retrieve data, so anyway i left my hard drive there and after three days kevin called me and gave me good news which he could get all my data back and there was nothing more satisfying than that. So i have to say it really worth every penny that i spend in this place, i really do recomend this place to others thanks alot guys and I definitely will come back again if i have any other problem. read more

I was trying to get my iPad fix for a cheap price because it is for my younger son and he drops it a lot. I think I made the best decision coming to this store. My iPad screen was broken and it wouldn't even turn on or show any sings of working at all. Also the home bottom wouldn't work or click for me to try to see if the screen was working or not and the battery as well wouldn't last longer then 30 minutes . I took my iPad to this store and they diagnosed my iPad and checked what exactly wasn't working and then they were able to fix everything for me on the same day for a really good deal and actually it was very time efficient for me because I was able to get my sons haircut at a nearby shop while my iPad was getting fixed. It took no longer then 45 minutes and my iPad was fully brand new and working perfectly. I really recommend this place for those who have a budget and trying to fix their iPads for a cheap quality materials and a really fast and fantastic service. read more

I have an Apple laptop which was working great and had no software issues. Although some of my keyboard bottoms wouldn't work so it was difficult working with my laptop also because I did all my school work with the same laptop. I looked many places to fix my laptop for me when I was in Irvine cause I had a trip to here and I need to finish my assignments and projects before I go back so I didn't have much time. I have an IPhone 8 plus which was in a really bad condition. It had a cracked screen and camera for both back and the front wasn't working. I looked around a lot to find a professional place which uses high quality parts and can also fit my budget. After a lot of exploring I found Express Fix Computers. This place has a great costumer service providing me with a lot of options to get my phone repaired and at the end were able to workout a really good deal for me to change my screen and both front and back cameras. These guys repaired my phone really professionally and finished everything in less then 45 minutes which was really impressing based on the expert job they did and also provided me with a 30 days warranty which was for no extra costs. I damaged my iPhone 7 plus back camera. It would make a lot of noise when trying to use the back camera and it would shake a lot. I couldn't find anywhere cheaper then Express Fix Computers they were able to tell me why my phone would make that noise because I didn't know at first but they check it for me and gave me an amazing deal on changing my camera and screen that was crack all together for a really cheap price. They were really fast and professional, all the technicians knew exactly what they were doing and I had an amazing experience repairing my phone my screen works perfectly with an amazing quality as also my camera is exactly the same quality. I have a old MacBook that crashed and I had tons of pictures and important stuff in there. I took it to this computer place and after doing the free diagnostic they told me they can save all my data and make my laptop faster. I gave them approval and honestly same day they called me back and said it's really. It was unbelievable honestly how fast they fixed it. I read the reviews before I come and now I know why people like these guys. I read those bad reviews and looked at peoples profiles and they don't look legit. Honestly their customer service is perfect. Kam and Ray were really helpful and I will definitely do more business with them. I recommend other people to try this place. Great job guys. read more

Express Fix Computers was able to turn around my HP laptop fix in one day. In fact, they completed the entire job in about 2 hrs to my surprise, although I was quoted 'before close of business today'. They convince me to replace my hard drive with a solid state drive (SSD) instead of a traditional drive. I had never used an SSD before, but they assured me it greatly enhances the user experience in terms of speed. I price-shopped and found Express Fix Computer's SSD offer was lower than a traditional hard drive at other local computer repair shops. Normally, they are about $100 more for SSD. I went to go get my haircut and noticed the shop next door. I walked in and the clerk attended to me instantly and was very polite. He listened to my problem and then helped me out free of charge. Fixed all the issues on the spot and supplied me with great guidance. Here is what stood out most the fact that he was more than willing to help without charging me a cent. That is not common in todays bussiness practices because most people just are out for themselves. This is an honest person who is ready to help out and has loads of experience. I needed to upgrade my computer from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, but was unsuccessful doing the upgrade on my own. So I brought my computer into Express Fix Computers, they did a system diagnostics and found that my hard drive was at 10% health. I wanted to keep my 2TB drive capacity, we came to an agreement but Ray (technician) drove to an affiliates shop to pick up the 2TB drive that I wanted, on his own time after work. The computer was ready in a fair time for the labor, and the computer is running so smooth, I'm totally satisfied with the work and price. Great job, two thumbs up! read more

Thank Guys!!!! I was on my way to go camping and my phone broke! I checked with these guys, they gave me a good price so I stopped by on the way to drop it off. They looked at it and realized it was a slightly easier fix than they thought after my description over the phone, checked for parts: yes! and fixed it on the spot!! (including installing the replacement battery I was installing when I ripped a couple ribbon cables - super cool!) So I continued on my trip with my fresh iphone and everything worked great! This place is outstanding, I came here and the first impression was absolutely great. I spoke with kam regarding to my computer problem that I had and he offered me a free diagnostic and the best part was that he called me in couple hours and gave me the results and very reasonable price to fix it. After power outage my desk top computer would not restart. I feared that a power surge had fried the power system or the mother board. I took it into the Express Fix at noon, they diagnosed the issue by 2:30 pm and had it fixed by 5 pm. This is a work computer so fast turn around and data preservation was critical. The problem was a need to reconfigure the Bus system. $95 and all is well. Great turn around, honest assessment of the problem, and reasonable price. read more

Place is a joke. Did not honor Groupon. Bad attitude from phone attendant. Took 2 days to repair one iPhone 6 screen, made excuses they ran out of stock on parts needed. Rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend, kept looking at her top! Notified better business bureau. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Don't know they are still in business. Definitely will not come back here. Went to oc phone geeks and they replaced another phone within 20minutes. read more

My screen broke last night & money has been so super tight because my husband is a hairdresser & not considered an essential worker. I found these guys over internet and called them to get estimates on my laptop repair and they offered free diagnostic and i gave them a shot to check my laptop. The called me same day and gave me reasonable price for repair and I decided to accept it and turn around time was so fast and they were so professional and knowledgeable on what they do. My infant daughter spilled water on my year old laptop. Went to geek squad and they told me it was probably gonna run me around 500 bucks to fix and we're trying to sell me a hard drive if I wanted to retrieve my 1 GB of pictures I had on the laptop. Spoke with Kam at express fix. Free diagnostic and it only cost me 250 to fix and retrieve my data. Seriously recommend checking these guys out before going to Best Buy read more

These guys are really nice, I brought my computer here to be fixed and they were very prompt and super smart.
