They take what they want out of your car. Don't leave any valuables when getting a wash.

One of the best car washes in New Castle County it's the only car wash that I know of in a 10 mile radius that actually has people that will vacuum your car out do many detail wipe your car down and armor all the tires everyone else is moving to self-serve this is a great car wash with cheap prices read more

Being from jersey city (nj) and seeing this made me happy, because I'm not from Delaware and needed a car wash that wasn't just a drive through wash, but actually had hand wash process before it went in! Have to look at the list, they show all the expensive packages first, but seen the 15$ clean of interrior and exterior, wipe down and vacuum...pretty good when in jersey city it's about 12$ with armor all shine on the tires...my interrior was clean, so was the exterior, can't complain! For the price you really can't get a better deal, their mini detail is a great deal...I usually show up pay walk over to hooters grab lunch and come back and they are finishing up and my truck looks great...if I had to pick one thing to criticize, it would be the windshield...I usually have to wipe it down again when I get home...usually a film left over possible from using the same towel for something else then wiping down the windshield...hey to me it's worth the price. read more

I've given them three tries. My car is never clean. Dirty windows , they never dry the car property either. I took vinTage Mercedes there and when I complained to the workers that my car Was still wet and dirty he use a spray bottle and towel to finish the job and the owners came out and said that's a detail l you have to pay for a detail. I explained my car is not clean. $14 for wetting my car is a shame. read more

Bad customer service. Don't waste your time or money. Don't let the long lines fool you. I use to come here all the time when I lived in the area, I came back today since I was up this way and what a disappointment. I waited in line for 25 minutes, very slow they are. I paid $22 for RainX package, which includes tire dressing. They did not do my tires, when I pointed it out to worker he asked for my receipt. Then he proceeded to complain in Spanish which he mistakenly thought I didn't understand. I had to literally stand over him and make sure he did it, very frustrating. I called the business to try and let them know about this poor service but she pretended to not understand English, how convenient. I'll never return. I should have listened to my instinct and when to the Auto spa right down the street. American owned, much better service, I highly recommend you try them first. read more

Been going there for years. It's more expensive than other surrounding car washes, but the quality far out weights the cost.

Long line that moves slow but it's because they do a nice job. I'm not the biggest fan of how the use a brush to scrub your windows body and tires before the car goes into the wash. I watched the same brush go in the same bucket for 8 cars. However once through the wash, they were vary quick to jump in and move my truck to be dried. I was very happy with the time and care they took to dry my truck. Usually the drying is rushed because I have such a large vehicle. The guys dried everything perfectly. Also I watched for 4 cars and they got new rags every car !!!! Major bonus points in my book. Regardless of the brushes in the beginning I will be going back for sure. read more

We had a little problem with this coupon - owner wasn't aware of it. After I showed it to him he honored it & was happy. They always do a good job on my car. I always make it a point at any carwash that I want my back window cleaned on the inside because it seems it is not the norm. The regular workers know me & will get it w/o me saying anything. read more

The employees always work really hard! They make sure my car is always clean & if I want something redone they happily do it for me. I love the "Mini Detail" it's reasonably priced ($35) & my car looks amazing when the finish. read more

This is the only place I go to get my oil change. They are fast and efficient. I never have a problem with that. The car wash are okay. I wish they put a little more effort in drying and cleaning the inside. I always still see dirt. But other than that, the prices are reasonable. read more

Was expecting only my car wash not to be robbed of all my change within car. Never had change stolen out of my car from car wash before. Sad part was that we already left generous tip even tho we waited for a long time. read more

I've never used this car wash before and needed to get my car washed. I have always driven by this place on 13 but have never used it and now I know why. It was terrible. The guy that greeted me was nice enough but then they washed my car and for some reason I didnt do a walk around when it was done. (Usually I wash my car myself so there's not much of a need for double checking because I do every step myself.) Unfortunately when I got home (which was about 10 minutes away) and I looked at my car, the same bird poop was on my side mirror that was there before the car was washed. Also, looking at the hood I saw there were numerous stains and even dead bugs still on the headlights. The side mirriror on the opposite side looked completely untouched. I immediately called back and spoke to "G" and she said to come back with my receipt and they would fix it. I went back and she went and told the guy outside to clean up the stains by hand and he got the poop off of the mirror and cleaned up the other mirror and proceeded to clean the hood but I got so annoyed at the fact that he was missing the obvious spots that I asked him for the rag and spray bottle and I did it myself. I will never return here and I will never recommend anyone to come here. I wish I could give this place no stars. "G" never even checked the car herself before or after to make sure he was doing his job. This place was a bust all around. Save your money and wash your car yourself. I wish I had. I have been to this car wash many times but this is the third time I came here and was very disappointed. Did not wipe the inside of vehicle very good and outside of vehicle was not much better. Worst car wash ever, the guy laughed and told me it was extra to vacuum my carpets!! Worst service ever

DO NOT use this carwash. The owner and staff are totally negligent. 1st time they locked keys in car. No apology and no refund or offer for free wash in the future. Should have learned from the first time. This time, crew left rear passenger door open as it went through the wash. Back seat got soaked and trim pulled away from the interior door. Again, no apology, no offer for refund. When asked for a refund because of their negligence, the young lady placed into responding for the manager was, "the car got washed." REALLY, this is how your treat customers when you are negligent. After coming home and calming down, a phone call was made to the business asking for the manager. A young lady answered the phone and guessing it was the same person that was spoken to at the car wash. When I explained the reason for the call. There was no apology! When I mentioned that no apology was given, then it was given with just, "sorry". When I responded to that and asked how they can run a business that was totally negligent. The response was the car was cleaned and there is no way to say the trim was loose before going through the car wash. How can someone not think that logically, if doors or windows for that fact are left open going through a car wash that has big rolling brushes running alongside of car could not know or pull trim loose. The person was told that a phone call was being made to Better Business and Consumer Affairs is being made as well as Immigration because I wonder how many of these folks are here legally, all but one person spoke English. I know some will say that's not right but then you have to wonder who their cheap labor is that is working there. You get what you pay for! read more
