I am a long time customer and fan of Magic Carwash. I have been going there for over 20 years and I am always pleased with their services. My experience yesterday though was extremely impressive in terms of customer service! Unfortunately, my son's car broke down as it was about to enter the car wash. It was a bright sunny day and there was a long line of cars waiting. Imagine how stressful this situation could have been, both for myself and the car wash. Despite that, when I alerted the staff to my predicament, someone kindly brought out and hooked up a battery charger. I was immediately impressed. Unfortunately, this was not enough to get the car going. The manager and another employee then pushed the car around to the front so a tow truck could access the car.The manager and staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. They refused my offer to compensate them for their time and effort. I am extremely grateful for their patience, kindness, and compassion. Bottom line: these are good people! read more

I pulled in to vacuum my car and checked it from top down for anything wrong. It's a brand new car. Came out with two scratches and micro scratches all down the side. Spoke with manager and he told me it was impossible for his car wash to do that. So they didn't trust my word that it wasn't there even though I told him to check the camera. Don't go there if you don't want you car scratched. It wasn't even clean to top it off. Terrible terrible customer service. Right away I was in the wrong and it's IMPOSSIBLE for it to happen. Really disappointed with Magic Car Wash. we moved to the area in the summer of 2022. Brought the SUV in for a wash. The crew did an amazing job. For the next 4 or 5 visits the crew was consistently good. However, by January/February something changed. We will no longer go back. We paid just under $50 a month because the crew was consistent in cleaning the car. Now, three strikes and they are out. Shame that they no longer put pride into their work and deserve my monthly subscription and generous tips. I bought them all a dozen plus ice cold cokes from their own car wash in the scorching summer because they were so good and it was so hot for them working outside. Tipped them consistently $15 to $20. That crew must be gone. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THEIR "MEMBERSHIP" SCAM!!!!! We signed up to try the membership last August... decided to cancel. My wife went to the LOCATION and cancelled it in person. We were told that it was cancelled and we can use the car wash the rest of the month we paid for. After several months of being away I went for a car wash today and found that the member ship was still active. Talked to the guy in the line and later called the manager. Requested refund for the intervening months. Said that because we used it later that month we cancelled that act reactivated our account. Refused to refund the intervening months beyond 1. I just left Magic Car Wash on Kirkwood Hwy (De , I couldn't believe what a terrible job they did. I called immediately and complained about the service, my windshield still had bird residue, the floor matts were not vacuumed and they didn't even wipe off the dashboard. I was told bird residue needs doesn't always come off the first washing and I need to wax my car, the car is 11 months and is garage kept I have always had my cars washed at this site, this will be the very last time I go there. Came to wash and vacuum the car. Very poor job on inside cleaning, all panels are dusty, I had to ask twice to clean inside and it's still dirty. No vacuum was performed at all - still have sand on my rubber (not even fabric) mats even though I was assured the car will be vacuumed. Good people working there, though the guy said "sorry, we are only given 3 minutes per car". That's for sure not enough time for even a quick clean up. Magic car wash should reconsider their policy. I used to get the medium package and I remember the whole process taking 20-30 minutes for a minivan to vacuum everything, wipe everything down, clean out cupholders, windex inside windows, heck, maybe even take out the floormats and shampoo them and clean underneath. And I always clean out my vehicle, get rid of trash, remove the carseats, yada yada so they can access everything and do a thorough job. I was told they have eliminated the shampooing service. :-( Now even with the deluxe package the car is done in 10 minutes, not everything is vacuumed up and the cupholders still have crumbs and dust. If you need a basic carwash, this place is quick and sufficient. If you want something a little closer to light detail, maybe hire a detailing service. read more

Went there to today to have my car washed and carpet vacuumed. Still had plenty of dirt left on carpet and floor mats. Wheel Rims were left covered in brake dust. When I asked, attendant said that they only do from the floor up. Very disappointed in their services. I will not be going back. read more

Service is ok I paid 60$ to get my car clean and there still dust and crum around my cup holder. But that s not major issue for me. What I didn't know was they charged me every month after that. I was in a hurry and didn't check my car there when I got home I realized the horrible job they did in my car. I called the manager of this this place I think his name was mike... he basically told me that they do cycle times in other words they can only clean what they can in seconds, what's crazy is that no other car was there behind me or when I left. They do an average job. If there's is no line, you can be in and out in 15 minutes, but it took me another 15 minutes to have them clean all the missed spots. The young guy who takes your car didn't want to be bothered, and they older gentleman who dried my car was very helpful. Kid friendly. They have areas where kids can color, go through tunnels or shoot water guns towards your car. read more

They did not do a complete wash they never even opened the hatch of my truck to vacuum or wash the window. they did not clean the rims properly. the vacuuming in the front and the back seat was terrible they didn't even vacuum under the seat. they did not clean my sunroof or dry the top of my truck or Windows. They gave me a hard time because I went through localflavor.com to buy my car wash and said that they are trying to get out of that whatever like I didn't really need to know all of that I just needed them to honor my coupon that I paid for in advance. Every time I pull in I'm welcomed with a smile and what specials they have to save me money. The walk through the store is entertaining with all the different things they carry to sell. I bought a steering wheel cover, they put it on for me too! I've been here several times and am always satisfied with the results. Lots of options! I can be tough on my personal and work vehicles, and that determines which option I get. They have basic options for a vehicle that needs just a wash all the way up to full details. Most of the time I get the works which is a "minidetail" for $35 and I tip $5. $40 for a complete cleaning of the whole car? Best money I've spent in a long time. Outside of the car looks great but the interior was neglected. Cup holders weren't wiped out, back seats weren't vacuumed and my change holder also looks as though it wasn't even touched. Feel like I paid $20 just to have the outside of my car taken care of. If you claim to vacuum and wipe the interior then that is what I expect. read more

The service here is great! "The Works" is the best value for what you get! It's like a mini detail. They cleaned my dash, doors, windows, and a really good vacuum job. You'd be better off going to a regular gas station car wash and wiping your car off on your own. I've been here twice, was hoping for a change in service the second time. No luck. I paid $25 for one of the best washes and there was still dry bird poop on my car, my tires were dripping down my rims. My rims themselves were not even wiped down they were wet and smeared with dirt. They keep about 10 people just hanging around to wipe your car down when it comes out of the automatic washer....how is it that they cannot thoroughly dry your car and get off stains that didn't come out in the washer???
