I had a few other places assure me they could fix or replace, they would show up, do nothing but hem and haw and then ask for 30 bucks to come out and not do anything (Of course I gave them nothing). The antique deadbolt was always broken, he fixed that as well even though that wasn't what I brought him out for. The door wouldn't stay closed, a gust of wind would open it. He was able to properly take apart the antique mechanism and essentially reconfigure it so that it would work on my door. He knew how a 100-year old plus lock mechanism actually functioned and how it was meant to operate! This is real knowledge and experience at work! Don't waste your time with other companies that only know how to work in perfect situations, B & W locksmith has real experience and the price was also incredibly reasonable! I ended up paying roughly the same amount that I was estimated at the three other companies that came out and did nothing! Hire this company for any Locksmith services, couldn't recommend more after having terrible experiences with three other companies.

He provided a quote to add a deadbolt to our door and re-key it to an existing key. The price was slightly better than two other competitors on yelp, and Chris had more reviews and a five star rating, so went with him. I wasn't disappointed! Chris was able to come out THAT DAY and add the deadbolt we wanted, as well as fix the door handle so that it better aligned with the door jam and was able to close properly (an existing issue we had since we bought the house). He also filed down the pins in the new deadbolt because it was slightly different than the key we wanted it to match. He very well could have just told us that we had to deal with two separate keys, but instead, went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. While he was there, I asked what he would charge to come back another day and fix three other doors that were a little bit hard to close. Instead, he ended up providing a discount price and fixing all three that night. Our doors and locks are now all in perfect order, and it didn't take all that much out of my wallet. Really appreciated the professionalism, the good price, and Chris's willingness to explain exactly what he was doing while he was doing it. Would not hesitate to recommend or to hire again!

When we called to rectify the situation, he told us he gave us the keys. He implied that we were lying and told us that he checked all his pockets and truck so that meant we had the keys. Mohanad said that if he had to come back out to fix the problem, he was going to charge us an additional fee. Completely unprofessional and does not stand by his work.
