I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. The owner is so unprofessional. I went there for Botox, and the untrained, unskilled worker totally messed up my face. I tried to ask what I can do, she told me nothing, and sorry. Ummm. sorry isn't going to make my eye not hang. her best thought was a brow lift that'll "hopefully" fix it. Hopefully?? you gotta be kidding me. Then I spoke with the owner, hoping for some sort of help. She yelled at me for over 5 minutes over the phone. Who treats customers like that? As if I screwed up my own face. She's a liar. I explained to her what happened. she told me " we have no documentation of putting Botox in your eyebrow". Well that's funny, because my husband recorded the visit. it's pretty hard to deny something you have on video. So now I'm stuck with the left half of my face hanging for the next 6 months. How can you do that to someone and then try to lie your way out of it? Get some integrity! This place is a joke. Read the reviews. This has happened before. Who knows how many times. Everyone there is a total airhead. I'm sure there's been plenty of mess ups. It's a shame these morons are allowed to stay in business. There are no actual good reviews for this place. Absolutely Loved My Xeomin Experience at Express Med Spa! I had such a fantastic experience at Express Med Spa in Frankfort! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The space is clean, modern, and calming--exactly what you want when you're doing something for you. I went in for Xeomin, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The injector was not only super knowledgeable but also incredibly gentle and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. They listened to exactly what I wanted--natural, subtle results--and that's exactly what I got. I still look like me, just refreshed! The staff was friendly, professional, and never pushy. Absolutely the best! All the staff is incredible and caring and listens, the owner is the absolute sweetest kindest person. I have had fillers, botox, facials, prp and always am so happy with my results, I recommend express med spa to everyone. The most important thing about this place is they dont just want to take your money like others, they are real and will tell you what you need and what you dont even if you want it they give you honest opinion of saying you dont need it. Any other place from experience are like okay yes cause they just want your money. Do your research is all I can say about other places. The girls here are always extremely accommodating and very inviting. They make you feel so comfortable! I have had a few services done here and they do not disappoint!! Everything is quick and easy and the girls are very honest. (In a good way :) ) my favorite service was recently when I brought my 4 year old to get her ears pierced... they did both ears at the same time they were very fast with everything the service took around 5 minutes between prep and clean up.
