I am truly disappointed with the outcome at Midwest Anti aging. Two years ago I had filler put in under my eyes and cheek and I clearly told the doctor I only want a filler for one year. Today, I called the office to see what brand of filler they used, due to it not dissolving and I was told the Doctor put BellaFiller which is a 5 year filler. I am truly hurt and upset because he took advantage of me not speaking that well English. I told him numerous time, I only want the one year filler. Now i'm stuck for an additional 3 years with cheeks I don't like. Everyone knows BellaFiller cannot be corrected. I would have never got it done. read more

I bought a gift certificate at a fundraiser. All the title said was Anti-Aging Gift Certificate, $200. No outline of the services that the certificate covered or even the location of this center. But I bought it on a bid. Thinking it was for general services or whichever service I decided on. This certificate was for microdermabrasion and chemical peel which I cannot have due to sensitive skin issues. And, it expires in Dec. So I called the center and the girl on the phone said it had to be for that specific service. When I explained why I couldn't use it for that service she suggested I get that service elsewhere on my body. At a later date I called to speak to a manager and she said she would call me back after speaking to the doctors. Well, she never called back so after a few days I called back and she said it had to be for that specific service. No compromise even if I would use it there and perhaps spend a little more. I have been trying to sell it but can't seem to. I find it hard to believe that that cannot accommodate a certificate of $200 to be applied to any other service or even a product. I would never go here or recommend this place. I can already see that if there was a credit issue they wouldn't work with you and may even lose money. read more

Listen ladies.. I have been to every med spa out there and this place is a hidden gem in Frankfort!! There prices first off are what drew me in,then the icing on top is that these are doctors (not nurses) and they are very knowledgeable on all the services they provide. I have been to some of the most expensive dermatologist to cheap pop up Med spas.. and this is a place I wish I would of found yrs ago! I was on a mission to find a place with good prices and good results and knowledge people. Now just so everyone is clear on what I'm about to say... this place also operates as a appendage of the There main practice..which is internal medicine (thyroid, hormones,ect..) so they r in the middle of separating the two offices. so it's is a little weird when u walk in to be sent to the lower level for your Med spa treatments. But don't be fooled by this process because they r growing there business and I have no doubt that once the word gets out this place will be crazy busy and have great reviews! read more
