I went on the hunt for a new place and this place came recommended HEAVILY by 10+ people. They were tender, patient, well spoken, helpful & accommodating. This place is incredible. Mai Lynn matched my old polish perfectly and she paid great attention to details during my badly needed nail fill! Then I stepped into the pedicure area to get that squared away. They got me a Pepsi and Kim took great care of me for this service. Both ladies were soooo incredibly sweet! I felt so safe, comfortable, and everything was clean and well cared for. They communicated so well throughout my services. I'm definitely coming back! There was plenty of stations and I got right in for both services even without an appointment. Everything was fine at first, the lady i got was super rough and nicked me multiple times chasing my cuticles to bleed badly. I have scabs where she nicked me with the drill and my cuticles started burning. She didn't put a base color on my french tips. My nails are clear and you can see my real nails underneath. The pain job felt rushed and does not look great. My nails are not straight and kind of bumpy from not filing my square nails enough. My nails do not grow fast at all. I normally have acrylics on for a month and a half. My nails look fully grown out because she didn't apply to my cuticle and some of my nails are not even covered fully by the acrylic. It looks horrible. I would like to have my nails redone. I'm very upset!

We walked in, they had us check in and then immediately had us go wash our hands! They are staying on top of Covid and it is greatly appreciated! They had one person that only cleaned! Once someone moved out of a chair they sprayed it down and cleaned it correctly! Now my pedicure was everything!! I love a pedicure where they clean around your full toe nails verses just cleaning under the top of the toe nails. The young man took his time!
