This salon was on the way to my next appointment so I stopped by. I got Diem as my nail tech, and left super impressed with the service. I gave her the design that I wanted when I sat down, and she did an amazing job meeting my standards. She took care of my nails carefully and did not rush through-- our whole process took 2 hours plus compared to the 35 mins at my previous place (same design). Diem found this tiny piece of hair stuck under the powder and she took it out and repainted my nails instead of covering it up. This alone tells me how OCD and detail oriented she is. I'm very satisfied with the quality, service, cleanliness and price of this place! 5/5 would recommend.

I am really disappointed. I wanted to support a local business. The location of the nail salon is in Bradley Fair so I thought I would be able to get a nice manicure. At my local nail salon, they always have the tools sanitized in a wrapper, this salon doesn't do this and was a little alarming. Also, it appeared they skipped several key steps in a manicure like the massage, removing all dead skin, sugar/salt scrub, using the cuticle tool to push cuticles back to create a clean surface, and applying polish smeared all over the dead skin they didn't remove. I expressed I was not happy with the sloppy job and the lady said you only wanted one coat. The number of coats had nothing to do with the bad manicure I had. My fingers didn't look soft and manicured at all. I asked this other man working what could be done to correct it, instead of apologizing and offering to fix it, he just snapped at me WHAT DO YOU WANT? I wish I had just left at that point. He removed all the polish and worked on manicuring the nails better but I still had pieces of skin and dryness after the manicure was redone. The employee's were not welcoming or friendly at all. The lack of caring about doing good nails/work was sadly very transparent. They charge $25 for a basic manicure, I pay less than that in California and get a way nicer manicure! If I had gotten a proper manicure I would be happy to pay $25. Unfortunately not the case today. Total waste of my time and money. I would not recommend this nail salon.
