I highly recommend Jason at Express Oil Change for your auto repairs. You might not think an oil change place would be the best place to find a good mechanic, but that would be a mistake. My family has three vehicles and he has done a number of repairs to all three. He is very good and very fair on price. Good-cheap-fast you can get any of the two, but you won't get the third. I've found Jason to be good and fast, not always the cheapest but fair and very good. He's also a great asset to look at a vehicle before you purchase it. Two things I dread about PCSing is finding a good barber and a good mechanic at the next assignment. I definitely owe it to Jason to give my full endorsement. read more

The oil change was ok - it's hard to mess that up. What was very disappointing, however, was the estimate for miscellaneous work my car supposedly needed, totaling over $600. One item they tried to sell me was a replacement engine belt. They tried all the fear tactics one would expect to be used on an older female driver. Nevertheless, I bought a belt elsewhere and contacted a mechanic that I trust. He set out to change the "frayed belt that was about to break" only to find that said belt was in perfect condition and didn't need to be changed. EXPRESS OIL CHANGE WAS TRYING TO SCAM ME!!! So drive past this establishment and give your business to one that is more professional and trustworthy. read more

Been here twice, once for an oil change and once for an A/C repair. Both times the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and were honest about what they were doing and what it would cost. Customer service is great, they went out of their way to go pick up an air filter from another shop so that I wouldn't have to wait for it to be delivered. I came up to express oil change in enterprise Alabama this morning at 8o'clock.... it is 2:50 PM I'm still here in case you're not good at math that's 6 almost 7 hours later it's almost 7 hours later and I'm still here with a broken down car... won't crank they told me initially they over filled my oil because they forgot to drain it... After I cranked it and ran it for 5 minutes with 12 QUARTS OF OIL...! Then they came back and said no we really didn't overfill, because we checked it coming out, so your dipstick is over a reading.... it's never over read before and they're the ones that broke the dipstick about two years ago had to order another one they shipped it to Dothan store and I had to go to Dothan store cause I didn't want to wait two days for it to be delivered in Enterprise where I ordered it from...! These guys are con artists at best, they come out and tell me the over filled my car, then they say they didn't but it cranked up fine batteries fine everything worked in the car but it would not crank after they messed with it...! They did something when they changed my oil and overfilled it and had me crank it and it ran for 5 minutes, then I shut it off and it never cranked again now I'm hauling it to the Chrysler place because they've "ASSED" around with it all day and nobody seems to know what's wrong with it.... so yes, avoid this place like the plague I hate to bash a hometown business but I saw another comment that said "Go to the dealership they're cheaper and better!" and I second that motion...! That's where I'll be going from now on.... I will never come back to this place and I will tell my sons the same thing and everybody I know... yes, avoid this place at all costs...! read more

Terrible!!!Stopped for an oil change and tire patch but they said tire has a small hole in side wall and they wouldn't put it back on and would only put on the spare or I could buy a new tire, which I did. On the way home the van didn't drive great and when I got home I noticed it was missing a lug nut!! And the others were loose! Don't trust them for tires!!!! It was a front tire thankfully it didn't fall off and kill my me and my 4 kids! I was also there for over 1.5 hours! read more

This place was very professional and fast. They service your vehicle with you sitting in the vehicle, no need to get out (for an oil change). The crew I had, Don and Kodi, both were very professional and helpful throughout the process. Don even offered another shop that specializes in transmissions which my vehicle will need soon. Awesome staff- won't rip you off. My change oil light was on in a rental car and I went in to get it changed. He said it was perfectly fine and didn't need to be changed. He even showed me how to turn off the light on my car! They are kind and truthful. read more

Charged me for a full oil change when they didn't replace the filter and now the dealer has to do another oil change since you can't replace the filter without draining the oil. They are expensive and their service was not good. read more

I was very satisfied with my service here. The staff were courteous and efficient. I had been told that I needed my air filter changed at the last place I had my car serviced but decided to wait because they wanted way too much for just a filter. I had mentioned this to the staff at Express and when they took a look at my air filter, they told me that it was in perfect condition. I appreciate that they were honest and didn't try to sell me something that I really didn't need. Express will forever have my business. read more
