I dropped off a tire to get replaced and when I picked it up they were adamant that the service guy…read moreload it into my vehicle. When I got home I realized why. They replaced a Light Truck (LT) tire with a regular one and now my 3/4 ton truck has one tire that is NOT a load range E tire. That new tire can only support 1700 lbs instead of 2700 lbs. I would like to believe the technicians know what load range means at a professional tire shop. So disappointed and done with Jim Whaley tire in Enterprise. If I could rate them zero I would. I initially took my car in because of radio not working and AC…read morecycling on and off repeatedly. Well after a few hours I was notified the car needed 2 very expensive special parts for it to even run now. So not having alot of choices since now it won't run they installed said parts. Picked the car up about a week later and it appeared to be repaired. The bill was $2,700.00 After having a near stroke at the amount a couple of weeks go by and the car starts having a dead battery every other day. The AC stops working and the radio quits again. Its throwing 2 or 4 different codes and I call them and get told to bring it back and for another $145 they can run a diagnostic test on it. They were rude, crooked and basically did nothing for $2700 . I took my ar to another dealer a couple hours away and was told the said parts were not necessary and they fixed my car the correct way. Please think twice before using this repair shop unless you have money to waste. Very disappointed!!!!!

I have a specific way i shop for cars. I do not do test drives. If I am at a dealership, chances are I have already driven one with a friend or family member. The salesman said the he wouldn't sell me anything. Then just very rudely and I quote "Bye". It was dehumanizing. I got in my car and drove to another dealership in Dothan. Put down 37,000 on a car I did not drive. Did it that very same day. Just thought someone should know.

Didn't get a call back so called again on Monday was told the manager would call and he never did. I purchased the new part myself just to get the problem over with. After owning the truck for 5 weeks it is now in the shop getting the transmission worked on. I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. !!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
