For starters this place offers WAY MORE than just oil changes and I had no idea! I have never been to this place. I did a quick google search on places that offered brake fluid changes (I have a 2022 Honda Civic and ain't no way in hell I was going to a dealer and selling a kidney for something like that) and found out they did that service and many more. The appointment process was very easy online, they where SUPER fast and friendly. I had them check on my Blower Motor after I had gone to MAXI Auto who charged me way too much for a diagnostic that didn't even sound right. Jonge? I believe his name was, was VERY helpful and so nice, after explaining everything to him he offered to look at it right away and gave me his second opinion which sounded a lot more plausible than what MAXI said. I asked them that if I bought the part would they put it on and they said yes. MAXI wanted $170 for the part I found online for $50... the estimate for labor and parts (and filters they wanted to add on that I didn't even need) was almost $400...yeah MAXI is a rip off anytime I need anything else I'll be coming here. read more

I have been using these guys for years and they have always been helpful and given great service. I've used them for Mercedes, Toyota and Lexus. It has been for oil changes, tire rotation, brakes and rotors. I've never had any problems with any of the services. I also bought a couple of sets of Michelin tires from them and the prices are comparable with other vendors. read more

I took my 10 month old Nissan Kicks to the Mt View Nissan dealership and they said I needed a new alternator and battery for about $2000. Because I drive a lot with food deliveries my warranty had expired 10,000 miles ago. I called John at express oil change to see if I could get a better deal. He checked it out for free and cleaned some contacts and the alternator has been working fine ever since. read more

NEVER USE THIS OR ANY EXPRESS OIL CHANGE FOR ANY REASON. TOOK MY JEEP INTO THE FORT OGLETHORPE GEORGIA STORE.. They broke oil filter housing unit. Denied it but repaired it after me schooling the shop worker on how it happened.. They call me and say You can pick it up we fixed it. I said you can pick it up he said but it now has a blown head gasket.. And that wouldnt happen by the oil filter housing we repair. Now the oil filter housing unit has an oil cooler built onto it that being broke caused oil to go into water and clog radiator.. We wont stop until yall fix what yall have broke.. read more

I gave these guys two stars instead of one because they do give free estimates and that's commendable. However, what they don't tell you is if you decide to have them complete work on your car and the labor actually takes half the time they estimated it would...they still charge you for the original labor time. I personally believe that is a great way to alienate customers and a terrible way to do business. How can you charge someone for time you didn't actually spend working on their vehicle? Save yourself some money and go somewhere that doesn't do business this way. read more

If you want a review without words go to my Facebook and you can hear what kind of business this is. after a simple oil change my friends jeep has a blown head gasket. The difference in price of the oil change here is 100× less then what the repair is going to cost my friend to get his jeep fixed now. By the way it may be cheaper just to have it fixed, but the priciple of being done this way and how they treat you, this is going to an attorney to prove a point, he is not getting ran over and told lies and hear 100's of excuses like we have by the manager, district manager, and now the vice president of operations. They overtightened the oil filter housing unit which is plastic and caused oil to leak into radiator and over flow. Which when waters not flowing through radiator right can cause a blown head gasket. when they topped fluids off they would have never touched it if it would've had oil or foam like it did in the radiator or overflow jug. They would've called our attention to it. Like most shops, they are trying to get more money out of him and charge him to do work that they have caused. Well now they are saying maybe they didn't check the fluids because sometimes they don't do the checklist when they do the oil change. which on their website and the receipt they give you. IT STATES THEY CHECK FLUIDS AND OK'D ALL. We saw them take caps off put hose in to top fluids. if you watch vid on my page you can hear vice president of operations in Chattanooga area say. sometimes they don't do checklist and you can see a picture of their web page of what come with their oil changes as what comes with every oil change when you have it done. on the receipt where they did the oil change everything was "checked" off good. We usually check our water and oil every couple of months, the jeep has never ran hot or had any problem until after the oil change. SO BEWARE, before you get stranded and hoaxes by the deceiving practices of this company. read more

SCAMMERS! I came for a simple balancing. They failed three times in a row to stop the car from shaking at higher speeds. They eventually said that a tire was defective. SO I bought a new set of tires and brought the set to them for install. The car still shook and even worse. They then kept the car for a day and gave me an estimate of $3500 telling me I had a bent axle, busted bearing, and a lot more. Not knowing what to do, I decided to get a second opinion up the road at North Georgia Tire. They gave me a tour of the under carriage of the vehicle that everything was mostly fine. No bent axle. MY tires were simply out of round. Replaced the tires and driving smoothly ever since (one month ago) Steer clear of these guys! Not worth it when there are so many better mechanics on the same road. read more

They really do live up to their express oil change name. Took less than 15 minutes from the time i pulled up to when i paid. I'm knocking off 1 star because it cost me $60 for an oil change. In Macon where I'm from they had deals for $19.99 oil change so this was a little steep for me. It's my fault because i didn't ask the price beforehand but i wasn't anticipating the balance when i received it. I'm wondering if it's because they are quick. But overall it was quick and efficient but I'm not sure if I'd come back. I may need to do a little more research on pricing. Also i asked about filling up my tires just to be sure and they didn't check my air pressure. That sucked. They said my light wasn't on so it wasn't needed. But i drive a good bit so i would have liked for it to be checked. read more

Super expensive, and guy couldn't even pull a leaf off of my air filter. He showed it to us and then stuck it back in there. I can't wait until Walmart opens again. Will never return to this place. read more

Not just a "pet friendly" place to get a quick oil change. Went in with a van that was misfiring, they quickly(and for free) diagnosed the issue. Unlike other chain oil/lube places, they were honest about the problem and didn't hassle us for extra work like air filters, spark plugs...etc. In about an hour, they had us back on the road without breaking our bank. I had entered the building and sat down waited for someone to help me. Time passes 5 minutes and then 10 minutes and before you knew it 30 minutes had gone by. I walked out and approached an employee and asked him if I could get someone to help me. And it pissed him off and he turned away and started mumbling words as he turned and walked away. I became very irratated and told this guy that I will go elsewhere to get my truck fixed. I went to Tire Discounters. Just down the road from them. My total bill was $692.50. That bill could have belonged to express oil change. I in return had gained work for Tire Discounters. Good work for my Handyman Services. Things happen for a reason. read more
