Can't say THANK YOU enough. I broke my rear window mowing the grass. Late Friday night, called talked to salesperson. I was able to set up for an appointment on Saturday afternoon 1 pm. I was so thankful they could get me in. Other places were saying 4-5 days out. It's been storming this week, more expected to come. To my surprise I was called at 8:30 this morning a told I could come in at anytime. The girl at the desk Jennifer was great very professional and she was helpful. Because of this transaction i asked about 2 windshield that we need replaced. One was about average price. The one for my son's family car was a 1/3 of price of other places. It's a new car with a dumb windshield that needs computer programming. Love that technology. I'd recommend using their services just off my experience. They were busy also, they still took good care of the customers that were there and ones calling in for questions. The technician was nice and friendly even apologized for not being able to get all the glass out of the cracks. Not to sound bad, I didn't think it was his job to make me whole, but he did and he did a super job cleaning the glass up. Thank you, I apologize for not remembering your name. I came here for a window replacement for my car a 2017 Subaru because the price was very good compared to other shops. The window was installed and upon picking up the car I looked closely at the new windshield to see if I could detect any differences. The only two differences I could find was the name brand was different than the OEM glass. The shade at the top was exactly the same as was the clarity etc. the only other difference I noted was the price they charged me here was far lower than an OEM glass. Also the Eyesight system worked perfectly as well. Very happy with the price and windshield. Bravo!! read more

I'm honestly disappointed at the lack of communication between the location and the person who answers the phone. Speaking to an appointment coordinator in Georgia doesn't help when I need to speak to the location directly, especially when one tells me I can show up at 10AM, and the other says it had to be at my appointment time at 8AM (which I never agreed to). They seem to have great prices but I can't even get in the door. read more

This company replaced the windshield in a Toyota Corolla for us. They did a great job. Their prices are very reasonable. We had a miscommunication regarding schedule (totally my fault), but they worked with us and still got us taken care of even though we showed up much later than scheduled... I ordered a back truck window that SLIDES and when I came to get it installed today SURPRISINGLY it was a different window that doesn't slide and I got stuck with my pants down because they already had my truck window off with the window already ordered and they said it would be $500 for the other window. BULLSHIT. that's why everyone lessons learned you can't take this company or Tennessee people at their word. These people are crooks. read more

I called in at closing, on a Friday, to get a quote. They told me I could come in the next day, but it was first come first serve. I got there, and was the second person in line. My windshield was replaced within 2 hours, had to wait for the man in front of me, so it was a reasonable amount of time. It has a lifetime warranty on it. The lady and the tech were very nice. This was my first time needing a windshield repaired. When I called they informed me that if the chip is smaller than a quarter that you do not have to scheduled an appointment. I walked in a Saturday morning and was taken care of immediately. Although mine was very simple, it seemed he was very knowledgable when talking to other customers about their windshields (e.g. special types). I bought a new car and it was leaking from the seal around the glass, I'm 17 and don't have lots of money so I was kinda sweating going in there, they got me in even when they weren't really accepting anymore cars because it was so close to closing, but sure enough he came and looked at it and said he'd do it, I went inside and started talking to the lady, just making small talk and it felt like I knew her forever she was so nice and we talked for about 20 minutes, the guy calls me to the back and shows me everything he did and what was wrong with it, and as we walked back in to find a price, they told me to not even worry about it and that it was on the house! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends but I would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for a good place and good service! read more

I had an appointment which we were on time for. They were ready for us when we got there. The installation was done quickly and professionally. DO NOT GO HERE! The day after I had work done here, I noticed my car had been wrecked on the passenger side while at their shop by whoever employed by them drove it (the small parking lot was jam packed so I had to park next door upon asking them) I didnt notice the damage at pick up because my drivers side was facing their door and I didnt walk around my car. They damaged my brand new rear wheel as well as my rear bumper. I drove 30 mins back to show a manager the damage. They were supposed to call me the following business day and didnt so I gave them an extra day before reaching back out. They don't have cameras but a second manager(I never heard from the top manager again)returned my call saying I could come view the pawn shops footage from next door so I immediately drove 30 mins back for him to show me a blurry picture of a video on his phone he had taken of the pawn shops screen and let me know he could no longer show me the footage he had called me 30 minutes prior telling me to come see. Filter to 1 star reviews and you'll find several stories about their other botch jobs and instances of damaging peoples vehicles and not making it right. My windshield was about $100 cheaper than using safelite's mobile service which will not cover my court filing fees and/or possible repair fees if it comes down to me being responsible for fixing the damage they did. Have used them 4 times. Last time they broke my review mirror. Yes they fixed it, however for 48 hrs they had me coming back to shop saying they had the part and they did not. Super nice so yes of course I went back. Good experiences in the past. This time they gave me an appt for Tue at 1pm. Showed up and they said they called me Monday and sent it back to warehouse. They were apologetic and would overnight my windshield and for me to come in anytime after 8am and they would work me in immediately. Rearranged family and work. Had BF take my car today and said it would be a 2hr wait. I called and she said my truck was in the shop being worked on now. I said no way does it take 2hrs to replace windshield. Red flag as she responded YES. Called BF, truck was still in parking lot. Called back and informed her she was just telling lies and she of course denied and said my car was being pulled in as we spoke. Again another lie, still in parking lot with keys next to her. Ultimately got my car keys back and will go somewhere else. Not sure what happened to this business but eventhru Covid no reason to Lie MULTIPLE TIMES!! WILL NEVER REFER AND RETURN AGAIN. read more

They were really curtious, fast on ordering our windshield and working us in. But they were the messiest fellas on the planet. They got busted glass everywhere in our vehicle. And I mean every nook and cranny! Also huge greasy hand prints on the hood. Plus they never cleaned up their mess!! So on that note make them put a glass shield over your dashboard. I requested an emailed quote online on Friday for a broken front passenger window replacement. Got a call (not an email) during work on Friday that I couldn't answer. They did not email me at all. I requested an email quote again on Saturday morning and got no response. I called my local number on Saturday afternoon and got a quote by phone. The woman I spoke with scheduled me to show up Monday morning for the next available appointment. I rearranged work schedules for both me and my partner to make this work. When I arrived, I gave my information and was questioned several times about who I had spoken with. The young woman asked a few times if I had spoken with "the call center." I just called the local number so how would I know. She summoned another woman who glared at me and my Black Lives Matter mask (I'm white) with a scowl. (I'm glad they require masks for customers because of the pandemic, but no employees were masked.) After a frustrating back and forth, the young woman said that the part was not there but maybe it could be there tomorrow. I could not rearrange work schedules a second time on the CHANCE that I could get the repair the following day. I left due to the unprofessionalism. This location does not value your time and treats customers like they are a nuisance, instead of the thing that keeps them in business. Now that I've wasted too much time on this rude group of folks, I will be going elsewhere and will encourage others to do the same. read more

Had my windshield replaced because of a crack, which they said they couldn't repair. They did the job very quickly, but left a deep scratch on the plastic piece next to the hood, and another scratch on the speaker cover on the dash next to the windshield. There were also white specks on the dash that I couldn't remove with my wet fingertip. There were pieces of broken glass on the dash and outside on the plastic. They also left bits of rubber on the floor mat. I don't feel good about the experience. Maybe they were cheaper, but it seemed like they were just trying to do a quick job so they could get back to doing nothing. read more
