When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk was bothered by the fact that I was dropping it off and once I told him I had already spoke to someone that was going to get the car in and do the repairs, he reluctantly took my keys. The morning after picking the car up at 10pm the night before, I checked the pieces under the hood to find everything they touched had been broken that was brand new when I dropped it off. Was finally able to speak to someone after providing proof from a local to me repair shop that even stated the issues were a result of the damage. The establishment refunded me for the labor cost that we paid to have them screw our car up and then had the nerve to blame everything on the mileage of the vehicle and my rudeness was the cause for the issues we are having. I requested they pay for the damages they caused to my vehicle and they have ignored me since then! I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. The quality of their work is excellent, and they stand behind it. My first experience five years ago sealed the deal for me: a speed sensor went out, which put my car into limp mode. Every other shop I called didn't want to touch it. They didn't believe me that it was just a speed sensor issue and were convinced it was the transmission. Their solution was to tow it to the dealership. Thankfully, my tow truck driver asked if I had tried Top Tech. He called them, explained my situation, and they didn't hesitate.
