Only place open on a weekend when my power steering hose sprung a massive leak. Took 2 hours and $240 in labor alone to replace it... except they didn't replace it. They simply put a clamp on the hose, no replacements were done at all. Will never go back here nor recommend them to anyone! If negative stars existed, they'd get a -5 from me. read more

Do not recommend. The employees are nice and polite, however I went for an oil change and tire rotation. Shortly after I went here, my car started making a rattling noise. Went to a car dealership to get it checked out and was told that one of my tires was loose and about to come off. The bolts were stripped, as well. Wow. We are just driving through from Texas to Omaha and I was pushing the limit for my mileage between oil changes so I decided it was best to stop. Gotta be honest, I would not usually leave a review like this but I just had the best experience I've ever had getting my oil changed and thought I'd share. Let me tell you why. I showed up and didn't have to wait long on a Saturday mid-morning. Then NO ONE TRIED TO "UP-SELL" me. They asked what I wanted. I told them. thats what they did. We were all friendly. Nice. Then when they checked my air filter (the part of every oil change I despise where someone comes and tries to sell me an overpriced air filter I don't need) the technician came to me and simply said, "if all looked good" so no need for replacement yet. What just happened here, I thought? Have I entered the twilight zone? Super courteous. Respectful. Fairly priced (not the least or highest in town). But, technicians that are respectful, hardworking, and honest will bring me back every time. Highly recommended. read more

Total CON game! The tires on my pickup have the small cracks that develop in between the tread lugs! Most tires, especially all terrain tires develop very small cracks and its widely known that this is acceptable and safe! The guy tried to tell me that he couldn't air up my tires and wanted to sell me new ones because of normal tread wear! Total BS! My father worked for BF Goodrich for many years and I'm an engineer by profession! These con artists tried to take me and I wonder how many people these guys have conned! read more

MILITARY DISCOUNT? YES! Get an oil change and never leave your car? Yes! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they check all your lights and turn sognals while performing an oil change. (That's how I found out one of my brake lights were out.) I would rather tgey let me know versus getting pulled over to find out. The service is great also. If you don't need it fixed they don't try to sell you it. Which I am grateful for. Any diagnostic is $42 and it's wrapped into the repair if you get it done that day, so you can pretty much call it free. And yes, as previously stating before, the military discount is great also. read more

1 star I took my car in to Express Oil Change in Moore, OK to have my wheel bearing replaced but the technicians said that it wasn't the wheel bearing, it was the brakes going from $140 to $300. After replacing all 4 brakes and rotors, they called to say that one the calipers had seized up and that it would be an additional $400 but now my car is stuck at their shop and unless pay $700 will have to have it towed. I would have given them zero stars but it wasn't an option. Do NOT use this shop for anything, they will rip you off!!! read more

Their customer service is so great! They are quick, friendly, and honest. They have NEVER tried to upsell me. I drive in and never have to get out of the car. A typical oil change cost about $42. We had a Thermostat replaced on a 2000 Ford. A few days later water was pouring from underneath. Called the store and talked to Justin, one of the techs who worked on the truck. He got in his OWN AUTOMOBILE and DROVE TO OUR HOUSE to take a look. UN-HEARD OF SERVICE in this day and age. Not only was the work great, but the friendliness and level of service is outstanding. I have had a lot of auto work done in the past and this place is definitely the best that I've been to in the OK area. Went in for a routine oil change a couple weeks ago but I was on a tight schedule and kind of stressed when I got there. However that quickly changed - Rodney and the team are truly wonderful and care about what they are doing there. I was put at ease and educated about my vehicle so that I felt that I knew more upon leaving. As someone who had worked in customer service and continues to work with people on a daily basis, I know that sometimes these simple interactions can have the ability to turn your day around, and these guys definitely did that for me. Very fast, and great customer service! They offer a military discount and I think Tuesdays are ladies day so you get a discount there as well. They changed my oil and checked all the lights and other fluids too. They checked my air filter and didn't try to sell me a new one because my old one was still good, I appreciate their honesty (unlike other places I've been to). My son went in to get his oil changed - they flat lied to him. It was the first time he's gone to get an oil change on his own. He just needed a basic oil change, and that's what they told him he was getting. They said it was the best they could do for his car - full on BS.
