Your response is a complete lie on my 2023 Nissan Altima. You didn't install the fuel filter correctly. THAT is the reason for the massive oil leak that caused my car to stall. There is no other leaks after another mechanic took pictures of the oil filter, reinstalled a new one. My car had to be towed to his shop after stalling. I will be in today to show you pictures. You told me about an oil leak "after" changing my oil, not before. Again, I would never use you again after your condescending attitude. read more

came to these guys in 2023 for an oil change. Once service was completed, I got about a block away and the engine started to backfire and smoke. I took it back and it they claimed it was a multiple engine misfire and I should have it checked. I took the car home and pulled the plugs. Guess what? all of my plugs were flooded with oil. They overfilled my engine with oil. I then tried to drain the oil and found that they had maliciously over-tightened my oil plug to the point it was rounded. I will never use these guys again, they are the worst and damn lucky I haven't considered legal action. read more

I take all 3 of my cars to Moore Oil & Lube for oil changes regularly and have done so for a few years now--it is (it was) the ONLY place I take my vehicles for an oil change. I've literally spent thousands at this location with cars over the years. Unfortunately, lately I've experienced sloppy, inattentive, and poor-quality mechanic work. An employee assured me the mechanic was fired who neglected to reattach ALL the fasteners/screws to my car's engine splash shield which covers the filter and oil plug drain. The shield was so damaged from being drug underneath the car that it had to be replaced; on my dime. I chalked it up to bad hiring, poor training, bad leadership, or something else and waited for next oil change. A couple of oil change visits later, two days ago, again the shield was barely attached missing screws/fasteners and damaged from being drug. We talked to the Manager who told us it couldn't be them who failed to reattach the shield because the car hasn't had an oil change in nearly 20,000 miles (the car only has 50K miles on it!) and that no one had ever been fired from the shop. No way any car of mine goes that long without service, ever, so I said their system must not have been updated after the last change. I asked how we can get this rectified since this has now happened twice and I paid for the last repair. He flippantly replied, "Take it to a dealer" and they tossed the dirty part in the back seat. Combative as he was he was I didn't want to speak to him any longer so asked for the owner's contact info. He refused adding he would only give out the owner's name: Donald Donaldson. I gave my contact information to him and asked that he ask Mr. Donaldson to contact me. Still waiting for that call .... BTW, Corwine Automotive up the street saw us IMMEDIATELY a few minutes later and reattached the shield ... FREE OF CHARGE. read more

I'm a single mom and being low on time and money had fallen a bit behind in getting my oil changed. Robert the manager took my sticker off and asked my mileage made a WOW face and told me they should do a flush to get the sludge out since it had been SO long. I said no thank you, just the oil change. He huffed but then told me to pop my hood. I've not had the car too long and I crazy enough didn't know where it was. He said "hang on I'll get it in a minute". Wow ok.... when he came over to find it he said and I quote "I guess all you know how to do is DRIVE IT!". I am an intelligent career focused single mother of 4. I didn't deserve that treatment and WILL NOT Subject myself to it again. I didn't say anything but did vow to NEVER go there again. Horrible customer service.. I have been very loyal to them for years and after getting my oil changed my air conditioning started acting funny I took it to my dealership and they said whoever did your oil change did not put the filter back in properly, thus not allowing air to flow into the cabin. I called Moore oil and lube and told them what happened and their manager was very rude about it. I will never come back here again. read more

I've taken all my vehicles there religiously. I've always trusted them and I thought they would always take care of my vehicles. After all it's what I payed them to do. After putting my truck on a lift to change the exhaust I discovered they never put my plug back on my rear differential after checking the fluid. I drove for who knows how long without it. When I went to confront them about it they said their head manager would get back with me. They never have and I doubt they ever will. They're scum. I will never take my vehicles there ever again and I advise that you don't either. They'll ruin your vehicle and won't do a thing about it! read more

I took my car here on Saturday 8/21 to have the oil changed, and the young man working was kind enough to inform me that although my car's indicator stated that it was time for an oil change, that I still had another 1500 miles before being due. They topped off the oil. Unfortunately, the drain plug was left loose and caused oil to leak all over our driveway overnight. Since they were closed on Sunday, I took the car to Walmart auto center. They informed me that the drain plug was loose, and they tightened it for me. I went back to more oil and lube today to request that they top off the oil. When I informed them of what was going on, the manager, Robert, asked me to pull it in so he could take a look. I overheard him telling one of the technicians that it wasn't coming from the plug but rather a valve. Knowing that they were going to try to tell me to repair something else even though the problem had already been corrected by tightening the plug resulting in no more oil leaking, I called my husband as I am not very knowledgeable about car mechanics. The manager, Robert, came over to me to show me a photo and I informed him that I did not know what I was looking at but that the problem have been corrected by tightening the cap. He proceeded to offer for me to go underneath the car to take a look myself. I stared at him in disbelief. I would not need to go under the car as I would not even know what I was looking at. I told him that. He commented that I seemed to only want to argue with him when in all actuality I just wanted acknowledgment of the fault and my oil topped off to replace what had been lost. I asked if he was the lead manager and if there was a corporate office that I could discuss my concerns with. He replied that he was the "head honcho." And said in a mocking tone, "...and we're independently owned and operated!" I even brought photos with me with timestamps to show that the oil stain on the concrete had not changed while my car had been parked in the driveway overnight after tightening the loose cap. He then cursed at me. Another employee who was much younger looked extremely shocked. This employee was named Jesus and was extremely kind the entire visit. I walked to my car and as I was getting in I said, "Please don't curse at me." He was standing in front of my car so I told him to please move so that I could pull my car out. As I was pulling my car out he was yelling and waving his arms. He bad mouthed Walmart's service and made the comment that, "Sh*t happens..." and that he has had fuel pumps burn out while pulling out of his garage and that is just a coincidence. My husband had previously been a loyal customer owning numerous race cars. The younger boys who work there were also very friendly to me on previous visits. This manager failed to take accountability for a simple error which could have been corrected and exhibited a very aggressive demeanor when confronted by a customer who just wanted a reasonable explanation. read more
